I found out about this comic around February and was really interested in the story. Especially incredible stylistics!! Amazing work, looking forward to the continuation <3

If it's ok to ask, out of a scale of 1 (barely working and this is really light work) to 10 (skipping out on sleeping sometime, failing school just to do it) how hard working are you working on the bad dad comics? Because you making some really good art works in sometimes 2 days and I'm wondering if this is having any negative side effects.

What I'm trying to say is that this is stupidly good, and the fact you can pump out stupidity good content in sometimes a few days is concerning to me

Like a 5? Maybe a 4.

I only have school 2 days a week, and I dedicate my bad dad’s work time around Thursday-Saturday.

The thumbnails for the entirety of chapter 1 are already complete so I don’t have to stress about writing or planning out compositions (tho I do sometimes change a line or two while working on the finalized version).

Fridays I try to sketch out every panel and complete like 2 or three pages

And then Saturday is when I go ham and dedicate most of the day to getting it done.

It doesn’t really feel like work, and there’s only been a few instances where I was forcing myself to stay up to complete it. Which is like that image of SpongeBob wearing those huge handcuffs. I can choose to stop at any time, but I like the feeling of posting consistently as otherwise my brain will get off track extremely easily.

I started this comic late February, so it’s been about 4 months of this? I haven’t felt a decrease in my health, mentally or otherwise. So ultimately I think the amount of pages I do/work time I have is pretty manageable!

Bad Dad (Comic): Fan Doodles

The first photo is based off a conversation with my mom, when I could not say the word Geometry. I always struggled with stuttering and pronouncing things since I was young, although I've gotten better in recent years I still sometimes have a really bad speech day.

I was planning another short doodle comic where little kid Issac gets set to a speech teacher (basing it off what I had when I was in elementary). But then I got lazy and never did it.

The second photo is just four random doodles.
