So since I got locked out of this account I made a new indie. Same everything. I’m just moving all replies etc. over there. Please follow me! Getting kicked off this account has been hard but I’m hoping a new account might make me more organized if anything.

Sooooo it seems that I no longer have access to this account and need to be making a new one. I'm appalled by tumblr's fucking behavior and am seriously considering just moving to a new site. I'm PISSED.
REBLOG TO SAVE BLOGS
As most of you already know, on May 13th Tumblr has decided to lock us all out of the site and make us change our passwords for safety reasons, without as much as letting us know about the overhaul in advance.
Now while for most this was no more of an issue than the minute lost on changing the password, many of us have stayed locked out. The problem here is that these blogs are tied to defunct e-mail addresses we no longer have access to, therefore changing the password is out of the question and so is logging in for, as it seems right now, ever.
Addressing the issue I have written to tumblr spport and got this reply:
How considerate, we are now supposed to throw away years of work on our blogs (MAIN BLOG AND ALL SIDEBLOGS), thousands of posts, original content, url and its reputation and of course ALL OF OUR FOLLOWERS, simply because Tumblr @staff failed to notify us on the matter.
However, there is still a possible solution.
As we can still use the Tumblr app, this hideous failure could be fixed by updating the Tumblr app with the option to change the e-mail address on mobile.
I shared this idea with Tumblr support as well but I was met with the answer that, i cite, ‘’the changes aren’t up to our department’’.
PLEASE REBLOG THIS WITH TAGS LIKE #STAFF AND #TUMBLR STAFF TO SPREAD THE WORD AND REACH THE MAKERS.

School had absolutely done a number on Alana the past few weeks. Her finals left her both physically and emotionally drained, she hadn’t slept more than two hours since last week and her appetite had decreased. But it was finally all done. Alana was free until next August and she could lounge around her family estate, taking advantage of the pool and private beach. Her car was parked in the garage and Alana was walking up the stairs towards her room where she dropped off her bed and kicked off her shoes, but she promptly padded on the hardwood floor toward the master suite on the opposite side of the house. Her father was away on business again, but it was how Alana preferred it. Even when she was young, she liked her space from the man.
The door creaked as Alana opened it but her serious face soon blossomed into a smile when she saw her step-mother. “Hi!” The young woman chirped as she moved over to give Joey a hug. “I finished my last final today,” she explained as she pulled back and moved to clamber up onto the big bed at the middle of the room. “I’m really drained from everything. I feel like I could sleep for days...” Alana was stalling. Just making small talk when she really wanted something. Being direct was never her strong point.
