“Looking after yourself” isn’t always getting up at 6am to run 10 kilometres and then eating kale for breakfast.   Sometimes looking after yourself is as simple as brushing your teeth and washing your hair. Sometimes it just boils down to getting out of bed and changing your knickers. (even if you do put your three week old pyjamas back on top.)
