I have not felt this good in a while. Started my day with vanilla protein added in my strawberry mango spark,made it like a smoothie, went to @kcweightlifting enjoyed the company of my mates, food with the family, did some homework. Got some time in at work, went to @plifefit ,got some tacos.

I picked up this planner today, and the first thing I always add is Eastern Orthodox Easter and the start of Eastern orthodox lent. I am not sure if this is common or i have just been getting the wrong planners, but this one already had it! I was ubber excited! (at Overland Park, Kansas)

this awesome lady on the number 1 podium is my amazing coach @anna_wtcoach. Today she won the gold at the world cup. Her mother lifted with her this weekend as well and she too did Great things. Great way to lead by example ladies and represent of weightlifting (at KC Weightlifting)
