why is it easy to get lost? [ open ]
...Warm. It was warm. As well as bright. Rather annoyingly so.
In reaction to this, she slowly pushed herself upwards, moving towards the curtains and closing them. It was then that the memories of the train ride, tiredly following directions on a note to the apartment before collapsing onto the nearest thing (a couch, mind you) surfaced.
Right... The move. That shouldn't be anything too worrying or surprising-- but it was getting increasingly difficult to remember anything before. Only them and who she was...
And... him.
"...Annoying..." Stumbled from her lips. To put it into words, this disturbed her far more than she'd be willing to admit. The train ride... Those three... Those meetings... And yet, nothing else. The city? She also hardly knew it. Why pick here? Of all the places? And why...? Why--
Taking in a bit of a shaky breath, B-ko decided to do something. She'd take a walk. That's what she needed; just a walk. Everything might come to her then-- but there was also the chance that instead of answers, more questions would come. But...that's a risk that, in the end, had to be taken.
A breath of fresh air always cures you when you're troubled by something...right?
...Or, well. It seemed easy at first. However-- unfortunately-- it proved to be anything but. The street was quiet, and it was rather nice at the start. But it started becoming apparent that the girl was getting lost. It took a while, but much to the brunette's relief, her eyes caught sight of a lone soda machine-- thankfully having just enough money for one. A good place for a break, one would have to say.
...But it still begs the question of, where exactly did she end up? There were a few more people here than on the street her apartment building was on. Maybe someone on this street could help her get acquainted with everything here? Or...
Are they just as lost as her?
