The 1st part of my annual vacation started the last week. it is the week separating between the 1st and 2nd semesters for the school students
Actually, my family are not the type of people who will plan to travel for each vacation, but this time unexpectedly they decided to travel to Yanbu -a city in the western region in Saudi Arabia-
interesting, we did not travel there before, and I was planning to spend my vacation at home.
Anyway, we traveled by car on Tuesday afternoon, about 5:30, we started our travel from Riyadh -The capital city of Saudi Arabia- passed through Alqassim and Almadinah Almonawarah then we arrived to Yanbu at 6:00am next day and we stayed for 3 days.
Then we went to the hotel, rest till the afternoon, after that we went out side to see the new city -Alhamdulillah that we have google maps or we will be lost forever xD-
We went to the beach at the first day and spent it there, the beach there have different areas, some are on the beach immediately with sand, other area with small sitting spots -tent like- but they were open and others areas there were some trees and grass so chose whatever you want.
after sunset, we went to one of the malls, we took a lunch then back to the Hotel.
The 2nd day, we rent a boat with its driver, and he took us in a round, then we went to a restaurant for sea food where the food was delicious yum yum!
the 3rd day we stayed at the Hotel until 4:00pm because my brother was studying. Then we prepared our stuff and went to the beach this time to sit in front f the sea, we made an Arabic coffee and enjoyed it , then we had a snack of Balilah -chickpea with some spices and pickles- and returned to the hotel
Next day at 08:30 we started our way to go back to our home in Riyadh, and we arrived at 6:00pm.
