You got it, Yvonne. That's a really cool name. Haha, it is usually busy but around this time of year it really picks up. It's the holidays plus tourist season. It can be a lot but I think we're all pretty used to it. Luckily we don't get too many rude costumers.

Thank you! Ah, I see, that makes sense. It's very cozy in here, so I can see why people like it. And it's good that you don't have to deal with too much rudeness. People should be more forgiving when it comes to service laborers.

Haha, I definitely agree with you there. Luckily one of our Baristsas specializes in handling the rude people. I'm still not entirely sure if her threats towards them are real or not though. Alrighty, here are those bagels with cream cheese and your Americanos. We have sugar, cream, napkins, and the sort over at the end of the bar.
