A Friendly Word of Caution For Allergy Sufferers!

Don't forget to pack and take allergy medicine! California has had a VERY rainy year and as such the plant life is quite beautiful and allergies are at an all time high. While the event is indoors most of the time, you may still feel the effects of the pollen. Just a friendly word of caution for those not in the area! While we're at it, here's a suggestion to those who have a love for scents to be mindful of those among us who may be sensitive to, or adversely effected by heavy. Let's make this an awesome, fun, sexy weekend for everyone!

IMsL Hotel Guests Need to Know's

Four fast facts/updates & need-to-knows for International Ms Leather/International Ms Bootblack (IMsL) 2017! 1) The smoking rules - NO smoking in the hotel (you knew that). First offense for cigarettes is a fine. Second offense is eviction. First offense consequences for smoking weed or vaping is eviction. Seriously, don't smoke weed in the hotel. 2) There is a number that guests can text for service related requests at the hotel instead of calling the front desk and ending up on hold - from needing the shuttle at the airport, needing towels, finding out that their room is ready for check-in, etc. The number is is 408-597-4200. 3) The hotel will require ID that matches the name you used for your reservation. If you didn't use your legal name to book a room, please send that information to [email protected] immediately. (Need booking name and legal name to fix it!) 4) By Friday, San Jose airport shuttle hours will be extended to 1:30 am.

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN: FLASH SALE!

For the last two years, we have opened registration with 50 reduced-price basic registrations. The magic hour would happen and within 2-3 hours, the first 50 were gone! We decided that this year, we'd make sure EVERYONE who wanted to get a reduced price would be able to! Instead of limiting the number of reduced-price registrations, we're going to limit the time window during which they are available. In honor of IMsL's 31st year, a reduced-price ticket ($131) will be available for 31 hours for a full weekend basic registration. Whether it’s 10 or 100 registrations, the price will be the same during this time period. You can add a brunch ticket, t-shirt or run pin to this basic registration amount.

After the 31 hours have passed, early bird registration opens, offering basic registrations for $179, along with the all-inclusive package (includes brunch, t-shirt and run pin).

Scholarship Donation + Special 31-Hour Double-Matching DealDuring the first 31 hours, if you donate an additional $131 when your register, you get the pin and provide a full scholarship for someone to attend the IMsL/IMsBB Weekend. To encourage you to donate, both IMsL Productions (who produces the weekend) and IMsL Foundation will match your registration donation. So if you have the means, your donation of $131 during the first 31 hours could mean 3 scholarships for people attend IMsL! After the first 31 hours, IMsL Productions will continue to match your donation, no matter what the amount, to double your gift. The scholarships provide opportunities for those who are on fixed incomes, facing economic challenges, and/or members of our under-represented communities (PoC, Trans Women, Under-35 and those with accessibility needs) to connect to this amazing community. (Also, when you donate any amount over $5, you will receive a 2017 run pin as a thank-you!)
