How I lost 20 pounds in about a month

Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.

🍵What’s in it: 。A cup of hot water 。Green Tea 。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋 。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)

You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.

I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

It was late as when Joseph came walking into the house. He removed his shoes and his vest placing it on the chair.

Let groan, and placed his hand over pounding head. Then a golden retriever pokes his head from the living room, looking at Joseph curiously, his tail wagging.

Maxie walked over, Joseph kelt down and hugged him and started scratching his head.

Joseph: Yeah, too. I love the name Lucy or Molly.

Rose: There’s really good too.

Joseph: If we we were having a boy definitely would name him Ricky.

Evil Within 2: The Tatiana Theory/ SebJo CANON?

So i started thinking about the mysterious nurse and what role she actually plays in STEM after a previous theory was shot down that she was actually Lesley’s nurse. It was shot down because of the very fact that she was in the second game and near end game Sebastian asks her “who are you” and she answers “i am who i have always been” she also states that Sebastian goes to her for comfort and inner strength. She is part of Sebastian’s safe place and inner psyche. After analyzing her appearance and other aspects about her during BOTH games i have come up with a theory that makes SebJo or Sebastian x Joseph cannon weirdly enough at least on Sebastian’s side of things. Now before you go saying “Oh he already has a wife” yeah i know and that is exactly why he doesn’t know who Tatiana is. Let me explain….

HER APPEARANCE 

-First off i would like to note that ever since the first game when Josephs glasses became a key item and such emphasis was put on them I was always wondering why Tatiana was wearing them….surely i am not the only one who has noticed this. I checked multiple images and compared and yes they are the exact same pair that Joseph wears and wanted you to retrieve from the dog monster gate guardian.

-Second is their eye color. Both Joseph AND Tatiana have the exact same eye color and facial build.

-Third her name. I know that i published something a while back about the importance of names in Japanese created games and anime and such and i highlighted the Evil within names in which Tatiana was one of them. Tatiana is of mixed origins according to her full name. Tatiana which is Japanese for good looking woman (or the one you want to bring home to your mother) and Gutierrez which is a noble spanish surname (or someone with high standards to live up to) The fact that her first name is Japanese and her second is spanish and that Sebastian is making her up says a lot actually. He can never remember who she is because…he doesn’t want to.

During the clip where you finally have all the slides you receive the final slide containing Joseph from Tatiana and she says that there is one more memory that Sebastian refuses to confront. This makes sense for her to be giving this to you because the PERSONS that Sebastian would have felt inner strength from and who Tatiana is made up of is a twisted version of Joseph AND Myra (She is a female which comes from Myra his wife and she looks like Joseph) Wouldn’t it make sense that the two people he drew strength from was the two people he loved and he only tried to bury Josephs memory to protect the family that he now knew was alive? He fell for Joseph but knew duty to his family was more important?
