road trip - gelert&maddox

As soon as you start mentioning arousal, groping of the breasts, touching of genitals, clothes coming off, etc. you’re out of line. 

Things like kissing, hugging, holding hands, etc. are fine.

What if we’re 18+ but our characters aren’t?

This could fall under the distribution of child pornography. Best for everyone involved, both mun and characters, to be 18+.

Is fade-to-black considered smut?

No, because fade-to-black is where you skip the writing of sexual acts entirely and they’re only implied. 

Can I roleplay violence/gore/drug/noir themes with a minor?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t involve smut.
