Friends from back then just wrote they are around the town and want to meet me after being mad at me for a long time because they miss me. I tell them that it’s not that easy with my whole anxiety disorder and that spontaneous meeting people is nothing I can stomach. So they all go “We will ask people about your adress and will show up in an hour, that should be enough to mentally prepare” and now I am a mess and don’t want them to wake up the whole house. Why can’t people be either understanding or understand a simple NO when I explain them how much stress it does on me.
