I'll tell you something that happened to me yesterday. I was walking through the destruction here in Gaza because of extreme hunger, looking for something to eat. Look, I found this house destroyed by the Israeli army, and there are children stuck in the rubble. I heard one of them, who was still breathing, saying, "Please save me." I swear I tried to save him, but I couldn't. He was stuck in the rubble. I was in a terrible shock and cried for hours.😭

Can you imagine what I live through here every day: killing, destruction, hunger, and displacement, while I am pregnant with my first child?
