Ok so this is going to make no sense without the context that they are currently trapped in an alice-in-wonderland parodydimension. But Jaune touched a magic clock-fruit and got thrown backwards in time by a couple of decades and he took the slow path back to the present. Now he looks like Weiss' Grandfather. We dont actually know how far he got thrown backwards in time (though based on the naming conventions for the people he's met in the past, its probably before the war that caused everyone to name themselves after colours).
