Some info about past:
In childhood Oliver lived with his father, who was very cruel with his son. Oliver's father drank a lot and could forgot about his son. When Oliver was 5 years old, he escaped from his home and walked on the streets of his town. He was finding a place, which he can call “home”, but on his way he found a violence, and unreliable people.
When he was 8 years old, he understood, that he admires the thieves. Oliver liked an idea, that someone can have everything he wants, it is enough to make a little efforts. The boy learned how to use his ability the year before that, therefore it was easy for him. He was always small and inconspicuous, therefore nobody knew that the main thief is he.
Oliver is traveling around the world, because the boy has hope, that he is find a lot of money and better life somewhere else, so now he lives in Yokohama.
His character:
He understands his own desires quite well, but it is difficult for him to understand the desires of others because he is used to listening to himself. He doesn’t like to have any kinds of relationships others, because it makes him suffer. He is more interested in what he gets out of life. He seems incredibly greedy, but he can share with people, whose he likes. Sometimes can start to be heroic, because of what he hates when someone suffers unfairly

Description of ability:
Ability, which helps Oliver to slow the time around him. His ability works on people, other ability users and on the some kinds of objects.
The ability hard to use on big or huge objects and also on objects with max speed and on some people with ability, whose movements are very fast too. He doesn’t have the skills to do this kind of thing. Disadvantage of ability is inability to control out of sight.
Likes: money, chocolate, good deals with partners, hoodies and jeans, freedom of actions, his luck, strong and fair people.
