š”Things You Might Want to Know About Ulysses...š”
š£ Heās has an unknown age as of right now, but itās assumed heās physically in his thirties. Some theorize that he may be at least a hundred years old, but he denies this. Most think heās lying.
š£ His kind are mostly half breeds of humans and an unknown species that lived long ago before going extinct/evolving. They come from a long forgotten kingdom. He refuses to talk about it, not in fear of his past, but more to keep his family anonymous.
š£ The hierarchies of his kind forced others of his kind to forget what emotion was and go dormant to avoid differences/achieve perfection (kind of like The Giver, if you know what I mean). He fell subject to the manipulation as well.
š£ He eventually met Phindoll and the Shepherd when he became guardian of the Great Runas like they were. He was still falling ill to the manipulative world he lived in until he made his wish.
š£ His wish was to feel real feelings unlike what his family had felt when he realized he was much different than Phindoll and Shepherd. However, the Great Runas is a funny being, seeing that they will warp their wishes to fit the liking of themselves and not the wisher. Once again, Ulysses fell subject to this. Heās... quite easily manipulated.
š£ When the Great Runas told him something like āIāll give you feeling. And you will never stop feeling, for sure. You will feel feelings that one does not just comprehend,ā they meant that.
š£ He was given overstimulating feelings, so while being very noble, he actually feels emotion extremely strong and is easily overstimulated by this.
š£ Not to mention that he was given a disorder during this he had no idea about until he asked others and got a proper diagnosis; Touretteās. And Echolalia. The Great Runas warped the wish to make him feel almost too much, so heās very sensitive and even spasms and jerks with his tics.
š£ As stated, he has Touretteās and Echolalia. His tics mainly consisted of jerking his neck quickly and stuttering in his words and repeating things heās already said several times, often in different voices.
š£ His Touretteās really frustrates him. He gets really angry and annoyed if he canāt get the words out or if he keeps repeating things he doesnāt mean to repeat. Nonetheless, he tries not to show this.
š£ Tends to bottle feelings in to show strength. Heās terrified of being perceived as weak. But due to his over-emotional self, this tends to backfire.
š£ Can read/understand Binary and Morse Code.
š£ Sees Phindoll and the Shepherd as family. Knows little about Volley, Gabo and Mariya, but still appreciates their company.
š£ Finds ENA and other ENAs to be rather fascinating. He believes they are the remains of what humans were.
š£ Has absolutely a horrible and yet amazing fashion taste.
š£ The mixture of voices is also him imitating otherās voices heās heard before in his life. His real voice is a deep, soft voice. (For example, the first voice he speaks with in Temptation Stairway)
š£ Loves anything sweet, actually. His absolute favorites are Red Velvet Cupcakes and Chocolate Truffles.
š£ Big guy, big heart. He might be a proper guardian, but he can definitely be very sweet. His hugs, however, donāt feel like much, since his lack of arms. He kind of wishes he could hug...
š£ Not easy to piss off, but if he does, he becomes very violent and starts yelling and thrashing. Heās most at risk for a tic attack during extreme emotions like this.
š£ Light sleeper; may have some form of insomnia.
š£ Both mature and immature, depends on his mood.
