I have no idea what's wrong, but I have far less energy than usual today. So much so that as soon as the helper lady leaves for the day, I'm going back to bed for a 3-hour nap. I slept as much as I usually do, per my smartwatch. I don't get it. Maybe not using the fan last night makes me feel poorly oxygenated? I don't know. I'm supposed to exercise. I can barely stand for 15 minutes.

Girl, I almost broke my foot.

I stubbed it bad 3 times within the last week. It started to hurt in the metatarsal of my pinky toe, and it swelled a bit. I decided to get an x-ray at urgent care. MD was worried about a hairline fracture with my sickle cell. Thankfully the x-ray didn't show a fracture, but I definitely have a developing bunion as well as a bone spur on the sole of my foot. There's also damage from when I rolled my ankle in 2017 and didn't have insurance so couldn't get it looked at.

I'm now confined to that weird hard shoe, which I can't drive with, and need to keep weight off of it for as long as possible. Dr. Google says it might take 4-6 weeks to heal completely.

Fingers crossed. At least I did groceries.
