Open to any gender: Mortals or magical beings. Someone close to Austin. Who hasn't experienced as much trauma as Austin has. Can be plotted what the bad thing is behind them, or let's just wing it.
"Look at me. Do not look back." Austin whispered harshly, grabbing a hold of the other's check ever so gently.
His eyes darted behind them, seeing the incident folding behind them. He wanted to savour their innocence, to not let them see the horrors behind them.
"Listen to me carefully. Sit down ever so slowly and close your eyes. I'll be back in a moment." He guided the other to the dirt ground, moving a gentle hand over their eyes before he stood up to deal with the problem at hand.

Her hands clawed at the woman's as she held Verna's throat. How did she get herself into this? Too many drinks? No. She had just been too friendly with a guy. All she was doing was talking to him! But his girlfriend thought otherwise. Now look at them, back in the hallway by the bathroom where Verna believed no one would hear her gasp for help. She choked out a small, "P - Please h - help..." before the woman slammed her into the wall again causing Verna to hit her head. Well... this wasn't the welcome to town she thought she was going to get.

The former winter soldier stares down at the laptop, it showing merely the open page of Google. "So, I have to click it before I type?" she asked, holding her wireless mouse in her hand. She double clicks a few times which frustrates her before just attempting to type. "Everything Goes by Cole Porter..." Wanting to find the song on Youtube.

The sound of shuffling in her camp had gotten her attention immediately. She knew something was wrong. She believed that she had hidden her camp far enough from the well travelled roads that she wouldn't have to meet anyone. Bonnie was still a wanted woman. Wanted for many things. She was called a traitor. She was called a murderer. She was a thief.
Walking towards the set up tent and smoldering fire, her feet were silent. She moved in the shadows. Rifle pointed directly towards the person. "Hey you!" she shouted between the trees. "You better drop all of that before I blow yer head off."

"You're really," she laughed, making a face. "really funny." Bethany leaned back against the worn couch, having sunk into the cushions feeling springs just gently under her. It had been over fifty years since she had been out in the public eye. She refused to be, there was nothing there for her. Being on the run for so long keeps you all bottled up on the inside, afraid to go places and afraid to do anything that you were familiar with doing from your past. She had changed her whole being, besides her hair. Allison couldn't hide that streak of white that rimmed her black locks. It was a dead giveaway if someone were to find her. But she knew that she had finally come to a spot in her life that maybe, just maybe... she wouldn't have to run anymore.
Hair pulled back in a pony tail, hat resting on her head. Allison pets one of her cows who she named Nellie. She loved her cows, and her chickens, and her goats. She had bought this farm from a retiring couple not too long ago and took on all of the responsibilities. She didn't mind the hard work. It got her mind off of things.
The sound of tires on gravel and dirt cause her ears to perk up, eyes flashing towards the top of the long dirty drive way. The car picks up dust and little rocks and she watches it as it approaches her gate. She stands her ground for a moment, before making her stroll up to the large, barbed wire gate. "What the hell do you want?"

This guy just wouldn’t quit. The stranger had told him no, told him to leave them alone, and still he was hounding them. It was irritating and impolite, and he couldn’t go against his better judgement this time.
“Ya.” he hissed, grabbing the man's wrist, squeezing. Can you hear the faint crack of bones that made him yelp in pain? “They said no. Go away, hm?” he smiled ever so gently. Haru could have been more discreet, but he didn’t want to be. It had been a while since the vampire had fed properly, since he truly relished in the gore and the horror of it all. Blood was spilling down his chin, his clothes and the ground beneath him drenched.
But his joy was squashed. Suddenly panicked, the sound of footsteps. Somebody was coming. He tried to think of what to do, where to go, to hide. But there was nowhere, and he'd have to leave the body behind... Focus snaps up to the person who was now stood over him. The vampire stands, blue eyes wide, the corpse dropping from his lap.
“Don’t be scared!” yeah. That’s how fear works.
