I have seen a lot of city generators, dungeon generators, wilderness generators, but this is maybe the only building generator I've ever seen! I think it's very clever.

ah fuck, so sorry ma’am-
Now you see, I’ve watched enough cartoons to know that this square of the carpet is on a separate animation cell from the background & therefore something funky will happen if I step on it. You won’t catch me making a rookie mistake like that no sir!
Did you step on it?
I forgot it was there & stepped on it, plummeting through the concealed trapdoor into the cellars. Please send help.
Help it’s on its way!
By the way, are the bricks all the same colour?
I can’t see anything! It’s pitch black down here. All that’s visible is my eyes.
Just make sure there isn’t a second, more dangerous pair of eyes somewhere around yours
Uh oh!!
wym World Goth day and World Turtle Day are literally side by side (22nd-23rd May) and i missed BOTH OF THEM 🥀🥀🥀
23rd OF MAY WAS ALSO KISS DAY (in Japan) GRRRR GRRRRRRRRR I MISSED THREE IN A ROW???!! 💔
Is there anything that doesn't happen in May??? What, is it Christmas now too?
20th of May was "Valentines day" in Mainland China because it homonyms with "wo ai ni" (i love you), if that counts—
of course theres such a thing as geek pride day and it was TODAY.

Happy Black Fae Day!
I did this as part of a collaboration post with many other wonderful black creatives over on IG. My theme was Warrior Fairy.

Today at work a couple of apprentices were rotating rows of solar panels and unwittingly turned one row directly into a couple of metal posts that had been driven into the ground, shattering two panels.
And on the one hand I feel really bad for them, because they were clearly really upset and they kept apologizing even though it wasn't really their fault. (Who the fuck puts metal posts underneath a rotating solar panel?!)
On the other hand, I kind of can't stop laughing. They were so distraught! God, what must have gone through their minds when they heard the first crunch. This is SUCH a classic apprentice scenario, everyone in the trades has been there. Congrats on your rite of passage kiddos, you're gonna be telling this story to your apprentices one day
POV: You're about to have a really unfortunate conversation with your foreman
The parking attendant paused by the double-length bay. Intended for mobile homes and cars with trailers, it was currently occupied by a sleeping dragon.
No parts of it extended beyond the lines, and the paper ticket was clearly displayed, impaled on a horn.
The parking attendant moved on.
I was going to just queue it for later but then it stuck in my brain, and I decided to make it everyone's problem

This is the main benefit that will likely come from it, we need this so badly
I am not a fan of the renderings I am seeing, but if they put seating in the new train hall, I think that will a be worth this whole mess
I have borrowed two Libby nonfiction audiobooks at the same time rn which I usually never do but one of them is very serious/intellectual and I was having trouble listening to it during my more la-de-da audiobook time (I want something to listen to while I do the dishes or fold the laundry for example) so I borrowed a second one with a more humorous tone so I can swap between the two for a change of flavor.
Other people do this?
Anyway if you are in the mood for a piece of informative queer history analysis, read The Delectable Negro by Vincent Woodard. (The audiobook is well done but I might recommend the physical book due to the density of the text. TW for things which will be obvious from page one, namely slavery, cannibalism, torture, and sexual abuse.)
If you are in the mood for a more lighthearted piece of history, check out Unruly by comedian David Mitchell. As a history of English monarchs, there is of course still discussion of violence, but in a less graphic context. The tone is largely comedic. (Highly recommend the audiobook in this case: it is read by the author and his tone and emphasis add greatly to the comedy of the book.)
Commission piece :)

Ooh, what to say about his one... not to step on my soap box but there is A LOT to say, not just in the message but also the process. I did a lot of thoughts on the composition and while I don't think THIS one shows that off, it is something I better think of.
