may I request headcanons with the Sinclair brothers, Hannibal (and any other slasher of your choosing) and an s/o who falls asleep often and struggles to get things done because of it? Thank you!! xx
I sort of struggled with writing for Hannibal since it's been a while since I watched Silence of the Lambs so I apologize if he's a little OOC. Sorry this request took so long to get done, and I hope you enjoy what I wrote!

Bo Sinclair
At first, Bo thinks you’re just being lazy.
He will not be so nice when confronting you about your constant sleeping, Bo would blow up telling you “Don’t bother with ya chores since ya will just end up sleepin’ anyways!” as he leaves the house for the day going to work at the garage. Not noticing the tears brimming in your eyes.
To Bo’s surprise, he come home that night to find you passed out in the kitchen, laying with your face pressed against the table. An unfinished chore in front of you.
He feels bad for his earlier explosion once noticing your puffy eyes and tear-stained cheeks. Won’t apologize verbally, but Bo will lift you up carrying you to bed a heavy feeling in his chest.
If you stir and try to apologize, he’ll simply shush you.
After the initial explosion that comes with Bo, he’ll ask you about your sleeping issue most likely over breakfast.
Once he learns about how much your constant drowsiness has been bothering you and how you were trying he’ll end up feeling like more of an asshole.
Bo will find some two-way radios and will randomly check up on you throughout the day making sure you're awake and staying on task.
Bo will try to be considerate and give you more laborious or mobile tasks in hopes that constantly moving will help keep you awake.
If you are one to fall asleep in random places he will constantly worry for you. All it would take is one missing tourist to stumble upon you when you’re conked out for everything to go to hell.
Despite his constant fear that you would end up asleep at the wrong time, he is more than happy to curl up with you for mid-day naps or let you rest on his lap while he watches a show and drinks. Spoiler, Bo just ends up watching your peacefully sleeping face.
The front door creaked open, heavy boots falling against the wooden floor of the Sinclair home. Every light was on despite how late it was. Bo furrowed his brows– usually, you would have shut everything off by now, before turning in for the night yourself.
He still remembered the angry fit he had left the house in that morning. The slamming of the front door and the hopeless look in your eyes.
Bo made his way to the kitchen passing the dining table before pulling open the fridge door. The old thing shaking on its hinges.
Wait– Bo turned. You were hunched over the table in an uncomfortable position snoring away. Bo cringed at the awkward way your back was hunched, the side of your face pressing into the wood.
“Fuckin’ Honeydew,” Bo sighed the cold beer waiting in the fridge for him forgotten, his hands much more occupied with lifting you. “Huh,” you were dazed and drowsy as Bo carried you, bridal style, in his arms “It’s alright,” Bo muttered as you curled further into him.
Lester Sinclair
Lester wouldn’t realize anything off with you constantly sleeping when the both of you first get together, but over time he would find it strange how often he had come home and you were passed out.
The man would ask you about it, being gentle with his words, questioning if you had trouble sleeping at night. He is constantly asking if there is anything he can do to help.
After learning about your consistent drowsiness and how you struggle getting things done because of it Lester is instantly to your aid.
He will be checking up with you if both of you are separated. If you're with him and dozing off he will gently wake you and keep you awake by talking to you and asking you questions. Just doing things to keep your mind busy.
If there are any other things you would want to try to help keep you awake, Lester would be more than willing to help you stay awake.
He will encourage you to help him with his roadkill job just to get you moving constantly to keep you awake. Lester will also be more than fine sitting near you when you're doing something and keeping you awake.
“How ya doin’ up there Sunshine,” Lester's voice rang out making you look at him. Sweat coated your brow and your arms ached. “Tired,” you muttered dropping down a small log onto the woodpile next to your shared home “But awake,” you finished just in time as Lester pressed his lips against yours as soon as you were free of wood. “M’ glad,” he said with a smile. His hands gripping your hips.
Vincent Sinclair
Vincent would think your sleep patterns were normal. His sleep patterns are most likely chaotic anyway so he doesn’t think twice about seeing you passed out in your shared room at random times of the day.
The problem starts when you start dozing off outside the comfort of the Sinclair home.
He will be extremely worried for you then.
Your struggle to stay awake will make him fearful for you when you are both apart. He will constantly worry for your safety since Ambrose is a pretty risky place to live as it is.
While you are accompanying him in his art studio he is either keeping you far away from anything remotely wax-related, or he’s keeping a hand on you at all times in case you start to doze off at all. Vincent is protective and would rather die than see you hurt.
If you have your own jobs around Ambrose Vincent will most likely be tagging along or regularly appearing to check on you and make sure you didn’t doze off somewhere.
While Vincent does have his worries about you randomly dozing off he will admit how adorable he thinks you look asleep. Especially when he comes back home after helping Bo with some tourists he will most likely just curl up around you and sleep with you.
If you wanted to try some things to help you stay awake Vincent would be on it immediately. Will be very involved in helping you with whatever you need.
If Bo tries to give you any shit due to your constant drowsiness Vincent is right there beside you to comfort you and shut his twin up.
Vincent was beside himself with worry. He had lost sight of you earlier that morning– he hasn’t seen you since, it was about noon. The man was rummaging through the basement leaving no stone unturned. Chairs were thrown away from desks, and furniture was carelessly moved. It was a miracle you haven’t woken up from the noise Vincent was making tearing the place apart. Just when Vincent was about to abandon the basement marching upstairs to dig through the rest of the Sinclair home a soft moan was heard.
Black hair fell in Vincent’s face as he whipped his head around, a relieved breath falling past his lips. Your feet were sticking out from behind one of the few pieces of furniture left unscathed.
‘You were safe–’ Vincent thought as he moved to you, kneeling down to look at you who was currently curled up on the ground peacefully snoring away.
Hannibal Lector
Unlike the other slashers, Hannibal would take a more gentle approach to things when he notices your struggle to stay awake during the day.
This man will sit you down and have a discussion with you. Analyzing you and making notes of anything that may be bothering you.
By the time the night is over Hannibal will know what to do to help you.
He will make it his top priority to help you stay awake and complete any tasks you want to get done during the day.
This man is more than happy to sit by your side making sure you stay awake as well as going on short walks to wake you up.
Will check in on you randomly asking if you are okay. Strangely this man has a knack for knowing when you’re dozing off and every time he will appear with a hand on your back as he speaks gently to you.
If he notices you fell asleep somewhere he will be gentle and patient waking you up. Playfully chastising you from time to time. If he notices his words ever truly offend you he will be immediately apologizing.
He keeps you on a strict sleep schedule making sure you get a proper night's sleep to ensure your drowsiness doesn’t get worse because of actual lack of sleep.
“[Y/n],” you squirmed at Hannibal’s voice. A warm pressure pressing between your shoulder blades gently. “Wake up, Mylimasis.” slowly you came to lifting your head from your crossed arms that painfully dug into the edge of the wooden table you were hunched over.
“Welcome back,” Hannibal mused with a smile, his fingers brushing a few strands of hair from your face.
Im a 19, 5’2” Virgo female. I have dark brown shoulder length coily hair and a slim body type. I’m not sure of my aesthetic as it changes based on my current interests but I’d say it’s quite elegant. It consists of a pink, champagne, white, beige colour scheme & silk and organza fabric. Though my default is mainly black slip dresses/skirts with blazers.
To describe myself I think I’m quite a stubborn person when I want to be but I’m also a people pleaser which comes along with my overthinking / constant worrying about being perfect. In this sense I feel I make myself seem overly nice so I don’t offend others but when I’m in my element I’m usually sarcastic and honest.
I’m interested in sewing, embroidery & crochet. I love making and repurposing clothes and I invest a lot of my time in fashion related topics. I also love learning! Especially about socio-political discourse as I’ve had to write a fair amount of papers on them so it’s sparked a genuine interest over the years. I find reading books written from cultures and identities that I myself am not aligned with really insightful and very enjoyable. Learning new languages, though tedious, is really rewarding and I love it as a hobby :) I also enjoy meditation and pilates as it helps to ease my anxiety. I feel distant from the whole world for a while and it brings me a lot of peace.
When I feel love, whether it’s to a partner, friend or family I feel it very strongly. Though sometimes it can be hard to convey how I feel as I tend to enjoy being alone, I do enjoy the time spent my those close to me with my love language being physical touch and gift giving. Even if it’s small plants or hand made gifts I love giving when I’m able to. I especially love hugs and cheek pinching.
In relationships I think I can be quite distant when I take time for myself but I’m a sucker old school romance and being close to each other. Communication can, as a result, be a little tricky for me but Im always honest and value that the most.
First off, a lot of fancy words that my dumb red-neck self couldn't understand... so the little sum up at the end saved my brain lmao.
Second, I was stuck, once again, between two or three people, but I may have figured it out!

Your interest in learning pleases him greatly, he has a few years under his belt and will happily teach you anything that you want to know more about.
Considering who he is and your interest in socio-politics, he assumes you already know about who he is if he hadn't told you already.
Buys you books based on your interests of the things you aren't connected to or that you don't know about, the way your eyes light up at a new learning opportunity makes his chest flutter.
Will be more than happy to learn a new language with you so he can help you out with it more, it's a way to spend time with you in his opinion.
When you do your meditation and Pilates he refuses to bother you at all, he will place a healthy snack by you along with a cold class of water with ice cubes so that way you stay healthy and hydrated.
Understands when you have the need to be alone, he wont pester you too much, but will hand you some snacks and water throughout the day being silent and trying not to disturb you.
Physical touch is rather new to him, but accepts your hugs and gifts with a large smile on his face, may even pinch a cheek gently if it was hand made.
Accepts your distance, as he is aware its how you are, and wont pester you while you focus on healing yourself.
He too loves classical or "Old fashioned" romance, he is old fashioned, and so it is a huge part of his every day life.
He also isn't the best at communication, so you don't have to worry over that part, as long as things that are bothering you are told eventually, he is fine with it.

His victims are found with pumpkins on their head, hung up like scarecrows, and left on their own lawns. he does NOT go out of his way to kill, and never targets children, if found on his property, he gives them a piece or two of candy and sends them on their way.
he's dead so alot of his flesh is rotting right out of his body, so he stuffs himself with hay and sews himself together!
his last name, Taa, is the Swahili word for Light, Lantern, or flashlight. so his name is Jackson Lantern when translated :)
