this isnāt what it looks like. (also welcome !)
After reading a rather intriguing part of his novel, Jonghyun leans back in his chair, sitting at a table amongst a few others in a cafe that he had found whilst walking the streets. It was a nice place, but while he was reading his novel (which he couldnāt have seemed to put down) his beverage had run cold.Ā
He thought about drinking it, but the impending doom of cold coffee and the gross aftertaste turned him off that idea completely. Pushing the cup toward the middle of the table so that he could place his book right in front of him, Jonghyun looks around, considering the idea of bringing his coffee back and asking for another, willing to pay for a new one.Ā
But instead, his mind is caught on the novelās events. It was exciting, dark, dirty. Jonghyun even considered staging a re-enactment. In his deep thought, he had relaxed in his chair slightly, eyes closing as he imagined it all playing out by his hand and not the character in the book.Ā
A smile tugged on the corner of his lips as he continued to think about it all, and when he had finally opened his eyes, bringing himself back to reality, his personal bubble had been broken, as the first thing he laid eyes on was the face of another. He could feel the strangerās breath on his face, and Jonghyun tilts the chair back slightly, cheeks going red slightly in embarrassment and shock. Especially since he was thinking about suggestive things a couple of seconds ago.
āUh, uhm. Hi?ā Jonghyun clears his throat, scratching the back of his neck.Ā
