This isn't what it looks like
Lately Jonghyun had been deprived of sleep, and because of it, he had started to become a little edgy. His eyes would dart from one side to the other, his hands twitching every now and then. It didn’t help that he had been pumping his body with not-so-good things, and right now, as he sat outside in some random park near his place, he had a cigarette between his lips.
Knowing the consequences, Jonghyun kept doing bad things and now he was paying for it. Kind of. Taking a long drag, he lets the smoke fill his lungs, paint his insides grey before blowing it all out, the nicotine helping his sleep-deprived self relax a little. The cigarette is at its end, and Jonghyun drops it to the ground, putting it out with his shoe.
Maybe a small nap would help. He rests his head back against the park bench, eyes slowly closing and he falls asleep in record time, not long after closing his eyes.
The cool wind is what wakes him up, and also the urge to eat something. He stirs slightly, reaching up to rub his eyes but his hand collides with something, and with a start, Jonghyun wakes, eyes wide as he sees a stranger leaning over him.
Again?
“Oh for fuck’s–” Jonghyun clears his throat, pushing the other away. “Are you for real?” As he slowly becomes aware of his surroundings, he stares at the stranger, and for a moment, notices that he’s seen him before. Somewhere.
But he can’t recall, and his eyes hold a steel gaze as he looks at the other, waiting for an explanation.
