esti-cohenâ:
âYou always could, I donât know how you do itâ Esti laughed as she playfully batted away the finger Indya waved at her. Her little miss innocent act had always worked on her dad and Elias and the guys who worked for her dad but she had never been able to fool Indya. Feminine intuition she guessed. âSo I heard but thatâs not a new thing, I mean he was monagamous with me right?â She questioned suddenly curious before shaking her head. âNo, donât answer that. If he wasnât then I never want to know because we just got to a good place and that would open a whole new can of worms that I donât want or need right nowâ she admitted with a sigh needing to hold on to the tiny bit of confidence she had gained from Eliasâ reassurances that he had loved her once. âDonât pull that faceâ she giggled at the otherâs gesture. âDonât you think that would be nice? Having someone who just wanted to be with you and no one else?â She questioned genuinely because, deep down, it was all she really wanted. âI missed you tooâ brown eyes shone as she accepted the drink and clinked it against Indyaâs. âTo thatâ she nodded taking a gulp. âAnd vodkaâ
âYou spend enough time with someone and you get to know them pretty wellâ Indya explains, and itâs true. Sheâs spent enough time with Esti and Elias to know them like the back of her hand, spent a lot of time observing them, as odd as that may sound. She rolls her eyes then,, when she can tell Esti starts to question Elias being faithful when they were together âYeah, he was then too and it was still boring. Do you know how many origies he missed out on? The same amount heâs been missing out on now in the past few monthsâ she makes another face at the very idea. But when she stops to really think about the question she can feel her cheeks heat up over the idea of herself being in a committed relationship. âMaybeâ she finally says âwith the right personâ and if the looks she gives Esti is pointed, embarrassed, she doesnât mean it to be. She doesnât ever really mean to showcase her emotions. She finally takes a gulp of her drink, finishing it off and barely wincing at the burn down her throat. âTo all of the vodkaâ she agrees, topping both of them off âso, howâs it feel to be back now? Howâre things with your dad?â she asks, and she knows Raphael is a rough topic, for all three of them, in different ways, but she knows for Esti itâs the most.Â
