When I was three weeks old my mom made the decision to let my grandparents raise me. They became my legal parents October 25, 2000. My grandma has always been my support system. I would not be who I am today without her. This tattoo means so much to me because she wrote it for me. I will always have her with me.

This afternoon I got a call that my high school was on lockdown. I have been out of school for 4 years this year, and my stomach still dropped. Maybe it was because of the fact my 15 year old nephew is a freshman there this year, but I realized that it doesn’t matter what the situation is or how long you’ve been out of school, your stomach still drops when you hear your high schools name and the next phrase is “is currently on lockdown”

So I hate to be this person. I’m in dire need of help. My only way of doing what I love and working is dead. I can’t open a document to write, or open any of my editing software. My grandmother dumped a bottle of champagne on my computer (she says it was an accident but she was mad at me so it may very well be that she did it on purpose.) and I can not do anything on it.

I am not the person to ask for money but please, I’m desperate. Anything helps.

I am a full time college student and I can not afford to get behind. I work 20 hours a week for minimum wage and I can not afford a new computer. The cheapest I can get one is for $325, including my service and replacement plan.
