Hello hello hello, twas wondering if you knew of any fics where Aziraphale possesses Crowley's body after his s1 episode 5 discorporation. I believe I've read the most kudosed one of those (a very explicit one) but it's been difficult finding others as there isn't a clear tag for it. If you could I'd be so grateful, tyvm!
The tag to check out is 'sharing a body'. I also found some by searching key words like 'pity i can't inhabit yours'. Here's what I found...
Improbable Possibilities by louciferish (G)
AZIRAPHALE: I do need a body. Pity I can't inhabit yours. But angel, demon... We'd probably explode.
But - what if they didn't?
A Receptive Body by Anonymous (E)
(Aziraphale possesses Crowley before they leave for Tadfield, and Crowley has some physical reactions to having Aziraphale inside his body. Aziraphale suggests a solution.)
“Well, with two minds, and two hands, we can multitask. You could focus on driving, while I…take care of things.”
It was lucky the road was empty and straight, because Crowley’s brain stopped working. Aziraphale—Was Aziraphale suggesting that he get Crowley off? And how the fuck was he meant to focus on driving while that happened?
“Or you could do the honors,” Aziraphale added hurriedly. “If you wouldn’t mind me driving your car for a bit.”
As though the important thing was who was driving the car.

Aziraphale possesses Crowley. He was right; they do indeed explode. Euphemistically, that is.

“Hold on, hold on.” Crowley leaned forward, certain he’d heard right but unable to comprehend it. “Just what are you trying? You’re an angel, not a demon.”
“Yes, but we’re from the same stock, aren’t we? You can do it, I don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to.”
“Well, I can do it, but I’ve never actually possessed a body, I don’t know how it works,” Crowley said over the thudding in his chest. Millennia of denying any similarity between the two of them, and now here Aziraphale was, trying to do something unheard of for angels.
“It can’t be that different from having a regular corporation. Pity I can't inhabit yours,” Aziraphale said with an awkward half-laugh.
Now that was an idea.
Crowley straightened up. “Why not?”

My alternative take of these scenes/the near-ending of the 6th episode (and that one from the 5th). I got a 'what if' in my head after I heard these lines:
"I just need to find a receptive body. It's harder than you think. I just need to find a body...pity I can't inhabit yours."
To which MY mind added his response:
"Why not? Who said you can't? I'm right here, Aziraphale. Take me."

And there was only one bed body.
They can't be made to fight if they're both in the same body. It's the surest way to cancel each other out and make sure they won't have to face each other at Armageddon if they can't stop the end.
They may not explode, but there's definitely other consequences. Not least of which is getting to know the parts of each other they hid from each other or were too afraid to admit to. What can they learn from each other's experiences?
What ARE bodies? After all this time, they're finding their ideas of such were perhaps too limited by what they'd been told. What is Self and what part of it is defined by other's perception of you? and what if that Other is now with you? Can you still deny you are worthy of love when you must direct some of it back at yourself to love another who’s currently part of you.
Which is all very serious but also they bicker a lot, flirt with someone in same body (awkward), have Opinions about how to take their tea, make a demonic pact, and confuse Gabriel with math.
