Well hello there!

With absolutely zero clue on how to introduce myself, let's go! My name's Bec [They/Them], the owner of the personal blog of @tardisandpastries, I'm 25 and from the UK. Gross, I know.

Also if you haven't guessed by the blog's title: I'm on the autism spectrum lol (autism brain go brrrrrrr)

I mostly made this blog because I had way too many headcanons for my own takes on AUs floating around that I simply HAD to write them down and share them once they were coherent enough!

Two of these include a generic human AU and my own spin on things for reverse omens!

I really do hope that I finish writing the headcanons up in a better way in good time because it totally didn't take me maybe two months to even think of what picture to give my blog...

Good Omens Hcs :)

(w/ help from my very lovely partner)

Aziraphale is an excellent baker, and Crowley is an amazing chef. However, the opposite is not true. (Crowley learned so he could cook for Aziraphale.)

They have a feather from each other for safe-keeping (and when they get lonely).

Aziraphale was friends with Oscar Wilde, while Crowley was friends with Freddie Mercury.

Aziraphale praises Crowley's plants when he's not around. Crowley KNOWS that something's up.

Crowley either wears a ridiculous satin robe or just boxers to bed, no in between.

Aziraphale, however, wears a set of striped or tartan pyjamas with a sleeping cap.

I must bring up golden stretch marks Aziraphale once again.

Also, Crowley has scales on his hands, feet, and around his body in general.

Crowley has a snake tattoo along his spine (which can be willed away whenever he desires).

Aziraphale never says "I'm sorry" but "forgive me" instead.

The tattoo on Crowley's face has a mind of its own sometimes and will squirm or move around.

Ineffable wives.

Crowley thinks Die Hard is a Christmas movie. Aziraphale does not.

Mini Good Omens Rant </3

Sometimes I'm afraid that this fandom may be dying out. I mean, all fandoms tend to have times when they sway one way or another. Plus, with everything that has happened, it's understandable that people would step away from the show and fandom overall, but I feel like the fandom may be dwindling.

This may be from my standpoint and those I interact with, but it truly is hard to find Good Omens content or people who like the show nowadays. That or people who do like the show tend to be out of the age range I would feel comfortable talking to. I know this seems like such a non-problem but it is sad to see it happen to a piece of media that I hold so dear to me.

[Angels 1] [Angels 2]

The last of the relevant angels! Demons are currently in the works... 👀

Samael, Heaven’s admission service

Info:

Samael’s not sure what rank he even is anymore in this place. He’s not a high ranking angel, but also not a scrivener either. He’s not even sure if he HAS  a named rank. For all he knows, he’s one of the only angels to welcome people into Heaven, making sure that they’re even meant to be there in the first place (all while giving lip to people who don’t deserve it). As he says- it’s really boring. He wants something better to do and an actual named rank. Maybe something close to the Archangels. 

Appearance/Info:

Samael’s quite an ordinary and plain looking demon, except for his deer antlers though. He has plain looking pale skin and equally plain grey hair, though it’s sprinkled with bits of green that he wears- such as clover earrings and whatever his antlers get tangled with. His uniform’s also quite similar to his boss’ uniform (white with gold trim)- though with a green tie and the white blazer slowly fades into green at the bottom. 

Miscellaneous rambles:

There’s been multiple instances where Samael’s gotten stuck with his antlers, causing other angels to laugh in good jest- despite him saying it’s not funny at all. And it’s not!

Lowkey has a crush on Selaphiel

Daniel, just… Daniel

Info:

Oh Daniel… he’s one of the most disposable angels in heaven. Officially a recording scrivener, a lot of his questions tend to cause him more trouble than if he had just kept his thoughts to himself about things. There’s also many times where something was about to happen (usually on trips to earth) and in a moment of what he thought would be good will and save a human, he’d instead get hit by a vehicle or weapon and be discorporated in the process.

Appearance/outfit:

The white uniforms of heaven absolutely clashed with this angel’s cooler undertones compared to Temeluchus. As a result, Daniel opted for a rose gold blazer, purple tie and white shirt with grey trousers. His angel markings around his eyes also have become rose gold, which compliment a silver flower in fluffy black hair- which is joked about because of the way it’s styled- it looks like rabbit ears.

Miscellaneous rambles:

He likes to alternate between a blazer and a sweater actually.

Once kept a couple of bags of sweets in a desk somewhere- ranging from bonfire toffee to a stick of blackpool rock

Literally just wants to be able to protect someone without getting discorporated all the time like a guardian angel. He won’t get there though if HE KEEPS GETTING IT DONE TO HIM-.

Look, angel!Eric deserved an equally boring name /j

If he was to ever have a more important role in Heaven, it would be an angel of marriage and love- things that he loves watching over

My friends and I made a Good Omens roleplay server on Discord since many others tend to scare us. We wanted to (hopefully) foster a safe community for others to explore their creativity! Of course, there is more than just roleplay and you can discuss Good Omens to your heart's content, but it is the main focus of the server. Reverse Omens Files (2)

[Angels Part 1] [Angels 3]

Archangel Kushiel, the angel of punishment

Info:

Kushiel hands out punishments on individuals in hell on behalf of the angels. In the past though, he’s taken delight in casting angels down to hell around the time of the fall and usually has the threat on hand that if anyone else was to be sent to him- he would absolutely not act kindly towards them and make the punishment quick but painful. If not outright erased from the Book of Life. He’s one of few angels that hasn’t quite gotten a grasp on modern technology in heaven, 9 times out of 10 sticking to traditional ways of just noting things down on paper and handing them off to the relevant angel- or speaking to them in person.

Appearance/Outfit:

There’s one word to describe how Kushiel looks in comparison to other angels… and it’s “unnatural”. If there’s one disturbing thing about Kushiel that low ranking angels tend to say about him, it’s his brightly coloured eyes that almost seem to radiate light. Aside from the fact that they also appear to be not just gold irises, but the full eye seems to be gold as well. His unnatural looks don’t stop there though. His skin is very sickly looking and a pale grey (think “glacier grey”) that is weirdly complimented by silvery-white hair. Their ensemble is also different to his fellow angels; a brown tweed scarf, pale green coat and complimentary brown trousers. The style of clothing has usually just been put down to how close Kushiel works with hell.

Miscellaneous rambles

Kushiel has dragonfly wings as opposed to the standard feathery white wings angels tend to have.

Contrary to a lot of other angels, he feels constantly cold in heaven. Hence the scarf.

One of his colleagues had to visit Scotland for official business and ended up acquiring a tweed scarf from the Isle of Harris, giving it to Kushiel as a gift.

Temeluchus, an Archangel who cares for the souls of deceased children at the hands of their parents

Info:

Despite another angel having contacts with hell to deal punishment, Temeluchus acted as a bit of an informant with a demon- passing and trading information between the realms and each other. He also doesn’t smile much which some say goes hand in hand with his job. On rare occasions of sending information down to Kushiel, he allows his colleague to take part in dishing out the punishments, which he enjoys.

Appearance/Outfit:

Luchus is a demon who is of a warm, coloured tone. He shares golden eyes with his compatriot Kushiel, though they’re not fully golden like his own. They look rather “normal”, thank you. Outfit wise, he has a knitted amber coloured sweater and dark trousers. When it’s called for something a little more formal, a white blazer might sometimes be thrown on over- or just a generic white coat. Wait- is that a chameleon on top of his head? It likes to match the colours of his outfit or be pure white, often changing the colours of his markings (which also tend to just stick to his forehead).

Kushiel gave him his sweater and despite acting and pretending like he absolutely hates it, he really does love it.

Selaphiel, the angel of prayer and worship

Info:

In command of several legions of angels and a Virtue, Selaphiel has always worked very closely with the Archangels despite not being one herself. She enjoys listening to any sort of gossip about things from anywhere- whether it be about the ones in hell, on earth or even in heaven. Some say it’s definitely a ploy to try and get a promotion if they figure something out that could put heaven in jeopardy, but she’s absolutely not above using lower ranking angels to go and do something instead of her.

Appearance/Outfit:

Selaphiel is self described as the most stylish of the angels. While she has a variety of outfits, the most common one is golden coloured trousers, a red sweater with a white shirt, gold tie and “egg-shell white” brogues. Her hair’s a cool, brown colour with many streaks and hints of gold that shine through.

Selaphiel spent some time on earth as a circus ringmaster

Male peafowl vibes. Both are simply FABULOUS.

Reverse Omens Files (1)

The first half of the Reverse Omens AU that @ineffable-celestials and I have been working on has finally been finished! It's a change of only having Crowley/Aziraphale swap places (and sometmes Muriel) and is what we both called a "complete" AU by doing... well, everyone! Everyone out of the angels and demons we know of (minus Josh, sorry Josh you're not as important </3)

As a note, this is our own set of headcanons and such for the characters so if you're not on board- then tough cookies, we enjoyed doing this!

So, let's meet a couple of angels, shall we? [Angels 2] [Angels 3]

Supreme Archangel Beelzebub, Leader of the angels

Info:The leader of the angels under the voice of God, Beelzebub will rarely let down their professionalism to show off their true personality. On one side, they come off as cold and harsh to the other angels as well as extremely diligent in their work. Once away from the confines of essentially being around everyone else and off work, they’re usually extremely stressed out at first. When calm, they can be soft and occasionally full of worry. Nobody ask about the very obviously human vape in their pocket though (it’s part of how they de-stress, is watermelon flavoured and miracled to never run out).

Appearance/outfit:

Before armageddidn’t, the leader of the angels had pale skin that looked like it never saw the light of day and almost sickly from the stress. Their hair was also short and shaggy- not befitting of an angel at all. Now they’re of a darker skin tone with hair that reaches down to their waist. To make sure it doesn’t get in the way of any duties- it’s usually kept in a french braid but it’s also been put up into a crown braid.

Golden flecks also dot Beelzebub’s face, usually in ways that look like they’re wearing golden eye shadow.

As for their uniform, they usually wear a white morning suit with gold embroidery down the edge and round the collar and white brogues. There’s also a cravat that completes the look in rose gold.

Miscellaneous rambles 

If I were to assign everyone a different distinctive “scent”, Beelzebub’s would probably be something like vanilla

They once discovered fruity and herbal teas on a visit to earth and has them into their personal office

Their animal’s a swan.

They’re known to have one of the most beautiful singing voices among angels.

Archangel Camael, Beelzebub’s second-in-command. Angel of strength, judgement and war

Info:

Camael was known as one of the fiercest angels to fight in the war between them and the demons. Before the fall, they were a good friend of the angel that would become the demon of war- which sparked a bitter rivalry between the two. Even now in “peacetime” they still carry their weapon on their belt. Camael can be found usually nose deep in paperwork trying to sort things out these days. They tread a fine line between being an angel and being cast down as they had… destroyed some things against God’s will during the war. 

Appearance/Outfit:

They’re one of the only angel to have ginger hair in heaven, likely as a consequence of Camael’s history of walking an extremely fine line between Heaven and Hell. They also have a face full of freckles, which humans have started to call “angels kisses” for some reason. Outfit wise, it’s nothing else other than a plain white military coat which looks like it was pulled from one of Napoleon’s soldiers and dyed white, then gilded around the cuffs of the sleeves and hem at the bottom.

Miscellaneous rambles

Betta fish! Why? They’re known as the siamese fighting fish and are known to be extremely territorial.

Keeping Dagon’s ginger hair in being an angel was a decision semi upheld by the fact Judas Iscariot (the disciple who betrayed Jesus) is often painted with ginger hair, which is seen as a trait of treachery.

In more recent timings, their rivalry’s grown to include another demon in a similar role to them.

Kokabiel, a plant loving principality

Info:

Kokabiel was someone who created the stars and galaxies, stardust forever shining in their hair afterwards. They very much enjoy music, ranging from soft rock to classical music too. But their absolute pride and joy is their agriculture nursery- Kokabiel’s at their best and most peaceful when taking care of all the plants and planting seeds- often talking to them to help them stay healthy. Sure, they have a small farm they tend to as well every now and again (and adore their cows!), but planets are their true love when they’re not filling in stuff for heaven whenever they come calling. Or someone else.

Appearance/Outfit:

They’re one of the most gender ambiguous angels out there- they really don’t look like either of the human men or women on earth at all like other angels do in the corporations. With wavy ginger hair that’s forever sparkling with stardust and soft brown eyes, Kokabiel had long since ditched the “traditional” colours of heaven when settled on earth. These now mostly combine “countryside” colours like greens, creams and browns that came from when the second world war was afoot and they helped in the Women’s Land Army. The current loved outfit is the green sweater they kept from the WLA mixed with a long, ankle length light brown skirt (with many pockets of course!) and boots when not on the farm.

They don’t spend all their time on the farm these days, instead letting it to a family who they adore quite honestly.

The youngest child once called Kokabiel “Koko” when they were a toddler and the name stuck- quickly becoming a nickname only the family can use. 

European robin- they're both very well connected to the british countryside! But also the red shared between them...

Angel Crowley Indentity?

Alright, I won't be delving too much into this theory for now, but I wanted to discuss the topic of angel Crowley and specifically her identity. (I will be referring to Crowley with all pronouns in this post.) So, as somebody who's been in the Good Omens fandom since, well, the release of season 2, I've been trying to think about which angel Crowley would have been in the past and, more specifically, her relationship with God. There are many theories in the past such as her being Raphael or even Jophiel, which are fine but I don't inherently subscribe to. However, let's get a better look at who exactly these angels are. Disclaimer, I am doing the bare bones of research for this right now as this is more-so a silly little thing. That and I am not an expert in religion at all.

Raphael, as stated by a quick search, is a "protector" and "healer" and one of the main, well-known archangels. In fact, he is one of the strongest angels and can outmatch most other angels he is paired with. Although Good Omens does not necessarily line up with the Bible and its teaching 1:1, I still look to it to form thoughts and opinions on certain things. Raphael, unlike Crowley, is not a fallen angel and therefore should still exist within Heaven and be a separate angel entirely.

Moving on, we can now look to Jophiel another common theory. Honestly, I see this as a cute theory, being the angel of "art", "beauty", and "wisdom". When I think of her, I associate her with "love" which would make Crowley a being of love. I think this is lovely (no pun intended) idea as I see angels as being of love, at least they are supposed to be. Similar to Raphael, Jophiel is an archangel who did not fall.

It would make more sense for angel Crowley to be Jophiel rather than Raphael since Jophiel, in my opinion, would be more inclined to beauty and creation. Crowley was a starmaker in the past, an angel that created a beautiful thing for humans to witness. However, I don't think certain aspects of both angels line up as they should when it comes to Crowley.

These theories, however, are on the right track. In season 2, episode 6 (yes, I know, the dreaded episode), we are met by this quote/scene between Muriel and Crowley:

"It's all confidential. I can't show it to you. I mean, I couldn't open it if I wanted to. I don't have clearance. You'd have to be a Throne or a Dominion, or above."

Of which Crowley opened the file easily and responded with:

"I haven't always been a demon, and they never change their passwords."

So, keeping that in mind, we must turn to the exact rankings of angels. I've found that the rankings are as such:

HIGHEST ORDER -Seraphim -Cherubim -Thrones MIDDLE ORDER -Dominions -Virtues -Powers LOWEST ORDER -Principalities (Aziraphale <333) -Archangels -Angels Which is a bit confusing considering Archangels are considered one of the highest powers in Good Omens, below the Metatron, of course. I forgot where I had seen these, but there MAY be a distinction between "archangels" and "Archangels" (yes, the capital matters.) In that way, it would make sense, that instead Archangels are somewhere within the Highest Order.

Having established that, we can determine that Crowley was either a Dominion, Throne, Cherubim, Seraphim, or an Archangel. And wow, that is a lot to look through when determining who she would be.

Now, to my theory on who I believe angel Crowley to be. Personally, I see them as "Kokabiel". When looking him up, Kokabiel is said to be a "holy angel" or even a "high-ranking angel". Now, I'm unsure of what exactly they would be in the ranking of angels above, but I think it's safe to assume via this description that she is relatively powerful. Our beloved Crowley is a starmaker and Kokabiel is quite literally known as the "angel of the stars". Not to mention that Kokabiel is a fallen angel which would match up with the Crowley we know today.

The angel Kokabiel was known to be dismissive at times about worldly concerns which may go against our idea of Crowley. But in some ways, it lines up. We know, in the nicest way possible, that Crowley is a selfish being. He desires to protect those closest to him or the things he cares about most in general. Crowley had fallen in love with their stars and it would make sense that he would choose to protect them dearly before even thinking of humans.

Moving on a bit, I want to discuss Kokabiel and her relationship to God. Honestly, I believe that Kokabiel was one of God's if not God's favorite angel. This may seem confusing at first and a bit too "serious" considering I am claiming that Crowley/Kokabiel is God's, the Highest Almighty being, favorite creation. Looking into it further, however, seems to allow something to click in my mind.

In the Bible, Lucifer is the one to turn into the Serpent of Eden. Lucifer was the one to tempt Eve into eating the apple, thus spurring the common story shared today. So why is Crawley the Serpent in our story? Sure, this can merely be of plot convenience and serve only to move the story the long, but I believe that it has a purpose. God had handed down this fate unto Lucifer. Yet in Good Omens, Crawley was given this punishment instead. This implies that they had some sort of personal relationship with God.

Again, these are all just a small collection of theories on certain ideas regarding Crowley's early identities. I could be wrong, and I most likely am, but these headcanons are all in good fun!

Crowley and Jesus

"Do you think that Jesus, the son of a carpenter, smelt the wood of the cross and temporarily thought of home?" Going off of a headcanon that I have of angel Crowley being Kokabiel and God's favorite angel...

Do you think Crawley cried when Jesus Christ, God's newest and favorite child, was Crucified?

Do you think she saw him as a brother who was sent to his death far too early? Another one of God's creations betrayed by Her "good will?"

Do you think they were jealous when she Fell while Jesus was Resurrected and Glorified? And that Crawley was torn apart when they were forced onto different sides?

Do you think that she was there, either as a demon or a demon posed as an angel even though she had already Fallen, to witness both his birth and death?

Do you think that Crowley, a creation of God, smelt the wood of the Cross and thought of her brother?

'ello, 'ello, 'ello!

Unfortunately, I have no idea how introductions should be done so I WILL be making this as short as possible. Hello! My name is "Shortcake" or "Cake" for short! I won't be sharing my age but rest assured that I am an adult. I decided to make this blog due to inspiration from a friend of mine. Here, I will be talking about any Good Omens headcanons, including AUs and whatnot, that I simply cannot get out of my head no matter how hard I try. Instead of bugging my friends about them all of the time, I will make the terrifying choice of putting my thoughts out there on the internet! On rare occasions, I may talk about other fandoms I am in and my thoughts regarding them, but I will stick mostly to Good Omens. That should be all from me and I hope that at least a few people will be interested in my random thoughts. Bye bye!

Beelzebub and Edinburgh

In the meanwhile of writing au headcanons up I had a thought…. between Gabriel and Beelzebub meeting in Edinburgh and the miracle to keep Buddy Holly on the jukebox and their reunion at the end of the series… do you think Beez went back to the pub to listen to Everyday while they were stressed/worried about Gabriel being missing?
