It's been a hard couple of months. Kind of like the waves of the ocean. I have my highs and my lows. Each day is a different feeling. Not really sure what's going on but I just need a break. From where I'm at. I'm so exhausted. Not sure if it's that I'm grieving my mother loss. Or maybe it's everything that's surrounds me. Not being understood or heard. No one to really talk to, LIKE REAAALLYY TALK TO, without things being misinterpreted. That's why for the most part I keep to myself. i am overwhelmed and i just want everything to stop. just stop. just for a moment so i can think, so i can cry, so i can mourn but its so difficult because life just keeps going and my issues are piling on top of each other and suffocating me and i am so overwhelmed that i cant breathe. i hate this.

I’m jealous of those who can function like a normal human being. They don’t have anxiety holding them back from everything, they don’t struggle to get out of bed or have to put on an act that everything is fine when its not. They don’t struggle to hold friendships and relationships… they don’t feel sad for no fucking reason everyday. Those that can hold jobs and work towards their dreams, the ones who have self esteem and see the beauty in themselves. Those that know what its like to feel safe and secure, not insecure and fearful of it all.

Hardest year yet.
Can't seem to catch a break.
If it's not one thing, it's another.
And I'm just so over it.
People will never understand my ways.
How I tend to disappear and isolate to get myself together.
I know I hurt people doing that.
But at the end of the day, I have to do it for me.
I don't want to keep up the charades.
Some call it attention seeking.
And that's the least of my worries.
I want genuety. I want realness. I want honesty.
But those I use to go to, I don't feel safe doing so anymore.
I guess I'll continue keeping to myself.
Although I just want to scream and cry of all I'm feeling.
But I'll have to piece myself together soon.
So that no one sees my hurt.
Only the scars life has given me.

How I feel? I say: GREAT! Just so I won't have to explain to people how I'm really feeling inside. This year hasn't gotten better. Seems like it's spiraling out of control. Smiling in the outside but hurting deeply in the inside. Feels like an episode in my life I went through a few years ago and that's a place I would not like to visit ever again. My momma. I miss my momma! Ever since she left thus earth, it's been nothing but dreadful. Like why? Why so soon? She had more to live for!!! Ugh! I JUST WANT TO SCREAM AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS!!! WWWWWHHHYYYY!!!!! Nothing makes sense anymore! I'm truly over it! 😪

Today is one of those days. Where I'd love to wake up somewhere else that isn't my hometown. It's been a crazy few months but this week I feel like its closing in on me. Life hasn't been easy this year despite of how I presented myself to the world. I'm just tired, exhausted, overwhelmed, angry, hurt and just brokenhearted. I know who can fix it but I'm not ready yet for that intervention. Some way, some how, I feel like I'll forget you. 💞💞💞💞
Sometimes is just best to act as if everything is A ok, instead of explaining about a pain that's impossible to explain. Life is moving on but I feel like I'm a year behind. Things are happening, good and bad but doesn't feel like much at times. Basically moving with the motions. I know it won't always be like this but I'm over these feelings.
