Friends, and my one positive "coming out" story

I am not out to everyone I know at the moment, but I have "come out" to a couple of my closer friends.  I just wanted to tell you the best reaction I have gotten so far.

To start, my friend is a guy, and I ran into him at the local fair, and this was our conversation:

Him: "Hey!  Long time no see.  How's college?"

Me: "Not bad, how've you been?"

Him: "Good.  So have you found yourself a boyfriend yet?"

Me: "No, but I have a girlfriend.  I'm gay."

Him: "THAT'S WHY YOU DIDN'T GO OUT WITH ME!"

I laughed so hard everyone there probably thought that I was a lunatic.

I dreamed of you last night. I had finally begun to walk away, but you wrapped your arms around me in a tight embrace, as if to say “don’t go”. Then I woke up, and it was my own arms that were clamped around my waist.

Yesterday

Yesterday we held hands,
