Scenario 1 - You are a mother with many duties
The Time Expert: You have to decide that you will
It is demanding both to have a full-time job and to be the one who takes the biggest responsibility in the home, so it is more than realistic that you do not have a lot of time for yourself. Therefore, if you are going to have it, you need to make an active decision that you must and want it.
Delegate the duties at home. While the rest of the family cleans on Saturday morning, you can go to the gym, and similarly, while the man makes dinner on Wednesday. Children do not have to be very big before they can help at home, and although at first it may seem more hassle, their assistance can release many minutes in a day.
Double your time. Take the bike when you are still going from A to B, so you use the transport time for exercise. A bicycle trailer for children provides good thighs and balls, and if your children are so small that they want to play with, just take advantage of it so you can play some football or jump on the trampoline. You can also decide that the family will have a walk-and-talk tradition, so that you, for example, go for a walk when you need to talk about something.
If you decide to go dancing on Mondays, it quickly becomes part of the family schedule that this is how it is. And remember that it should also be part of your personal schedule so that you are not tempted to stay home to have fun with the family.
Scenario 2 - You're too busy with your career
The time expert: Make training something fun but necessary
You must first be skinny honest with yourself and take a closer look at your excuses in the seams. Do you really want to exercise? Is it really the motivation that lags, more than the lack of time? If so, you have to make a decision - a responsible decision on a par with those you make every day at work.
If you just do not have time because the job right now takes up too much space, it is ok to say to yourself that for a period of time it will not be as much training as you would like. Then you can settle for a good, long walk a few days a week - in addition to good exercise, it is also a great way to recharge
