Flowers? Was he talking to me?, Tomoko thought. She never expected to be referred as ‘flower’ or at least, ‘cute’. Tomoko was always referred to as ‘weirdo’, ‘ugly’, ‘asocial’ and other really mean things, since Middle School. She wasn’t that surprised, but she surely was… Surprised. She then decided to greet the young man, at once.
"Ah…! Um… Good afternoon to you, Ryu-kun. I’m a student at Hope’s Peak too…! I’m a SHSL Computer Expert. And my name is Tomoko mi." she said firmly. Well, this dude was sure good-looking, but it was too soon to give a proper opinion, wasn’t it?
"Ah! Don’t worry about it. If I’d ever need help, I’ll be sure to ask you. And, same for me! I’d be glad to repay the favour, with some help, if you’d ever ever need some." she then coughed and stayed silent for a moment. "Um…" Tomoko started a bit unsure. "Sorry, if I ask, but… Do you have some… Food with you…? I’m just a bit hungry- In case, I’m really sorry! I didn’t want to disturb you-"
"Tomoko-san, huh? That's a lovely name." Ryu grinned, though it was hard to tell how serious he was from his smile, it was just permanently warm. Like a teddy bear's. "Ah, my a computer expert! I never was very good with them, I've always preferred to write by hand so I never really used one. Though, the internet is an excellent source of information, I always found using it to be...well, cheating for my profession. Being paid by someone for information they could have accessed for free... ah that just feels dirty, don't you think?"
"But this is my first time studying in a school, so I feel as though I'll have to learn the skill for my coursework. Hopefully I may be able to count on an expert such as you to teach me." Ryu's grin widened before he let out a small sigh, turning his gaze to the school building itself. "I must say I'm a little nervous to have classmates. I'm so used to doing everything at my own pace, I was never very good with a schedule. My business is just as flexible, I never know what any clients will come knocking. Will be a bit hard to run it from a boarding school..."
"Ah? Food? Well I have some Karamucho on me! I'm not sure if you like spicy foods, but I'm personally a fan of them. Have you ever tried these? They're a very easy to come by snack food for me, and you can't go wrong with potato chips!"
