Day 32 - Baking

He is trying to bake a good old style Sanguinaccio. Someone even lent him a hand! How nice.

Fun fact: this ask dates all the way back to february, during Carnival to be more precise, and Sanguinaccio is a traditional dish of that holiday! It's called that because the original recipe used fresh pig's blood ("sangue"= "blood"), but now it only keeps that name because of its reddish color since the blood is no longer used in it (think it got replaced by cinnamon or something similar).
