The Tenma siblings headcanon! :3

they’re both trans!

Growing up Saki always loved dresses and skirt and lots of feminine clothes and Tsukasa prefer knitted vests and hoodies. Saki realized she was trans when she was like… ten, but Tsukasa didn’t realize till he was 14. During middle school Tsukasa wore the male uniform in his second and third years, because he was more comfortable in it rather than the girls uniform(which he wore his first year of middle school), then he had a whole moment where he realized he was trans and had a huge ass panic attack but then remembered his parents are supportive.

Saki naturally has a higher pitched voice so she doesn’t take any kind of pills or injections, but Tsukasa does, he has a bit of a deeper voice naturally but it’s not deep enough to his liking. He also wears a binder because his parents won’t let him get surgery because it’s too risky, same thing with Saki. Neither of them have crazy gender dysphoria but they both definitely feel very self conscious about their bodies sometimes.

And another random headcanon for the siblings, if they go to a formal party or something together Tsukasa usually wears a dress and Saki wears a suit, just to confuse people who think they’re cis.
