TANGLED!AU SVSSS: characters and items!!

I have had many many thoughts about this au born from a crack post... welcome welcome welcome, important things must be said three times!
throwing us straight into the crossover we have...
Rapunzel -> Shen Yuan - In the AU, his hair is silvery white not blonde. Why? Because I like silver with green more than gold with green!! Hurrah!!! Brought up with the name Shen Qingqiu after being stolen from his parents (now slightly pwerents... haha get it? Tianglan Jun got so angry about the flower he slaughtered the Shen's parents!! start of the tragedy). Spends his days in a tower. Loves reading. Very naive, but passionate about exploring the world and cataloguing even more information about the beasts... he also wants to know what is UP with those weird floating lanterns... they appear on his birthday, and one other time? strange!
Gothel -> Tianglan-Jun (and Zhuzhi-Lang) - stole him after Yue Qingyuan took the flower to heal baby!Yuan. They steal him to heal Su Xiyan who is dying from ????... anyway! bc SY only has slight residues of the plant in his hair, he can't heal her fully. She needs constant medical care, which is why SY remains in the tower. TLJ and ZZL aren't cruel to SY, but they do not let him go outside lest he die and SXY passes away. ZZL has grown fond of SY in particular, finding him books and all other nonsense, including one teeny tiny little snake...
Flynn Rider/ Eugene Fitzherbert -> Luo Binghe - A poor orphan(? welllll sorry binghe!! ahaha youre about to meet your papa in a a reverse father-in-law hellscape. TLJ has no idea SXY and him had a son. he is not going to be normal about this) who was mistreated by the crown prince who falls into a depressive rage after SY is stolen and lashes out at everyone, but especially the young child servant who should have been A-Yuan's playmate, but now only reminds him of his failures. After having his childhood whimsy stolen, LBH decides to steal what would have been Second Prince Shen Yuan's coming-of-age hair crown out of anger and petty revenge. It's been thrown at him enough times anyway, he deserves to pawn it off and profit. He does this and escapes the palace guards (the Cang Qiong Mountain Sect?? Bai Zhan Peak only??? unknown). He stumbles upon the tower whilst ZZL and TLJ are following another difficult trace that is rumoured to benefit SXY
Pascal (the chameleon) -> unnamed by me for now snakeling - A gift given to SY from ZZL. The snake is connected to ZZL, so he can 'track' SY to a certain extent, but as he never has to, he has almost forgotten that function
Maximus (the horse) -> Liu Qingge - He is a horse. Ok ok he's cursed to be a horse by SQQ during one of his fits of rage ("OH SO YOU WANT TO BE AS BULLHEADED AS AN ANIMAL? YOU ASS." to be clear, SQQ wanted him to be a donkey. it doesn't quite work out for him, but it doesn't not work out yk? LQG is now a HORSE). He was originally a human. Being a horse does not stop him from doing his best to be a menace to the poor foot-soldiers like a VERY enthusiastic drill-sergeant-horse-man despite not being able to talk. Possible ways to break the curse is Princess and the Frog style where endgame is Bingliushen. LQG breaks all expectations and ends up in places where, realistically, a horse should not be able to get into.
The Royal Family -> Shen Jiu and Yue Qingyuan - what used to be a heartwarmingly happy family (not brothers in this AU?? I think they should be married instead... uhhh come back) has been torn apart as SQQ becomes slightly unstable due to grief. YQY and SJ put up lanterns on SY's birthday, and the date he was 'lost' to them. SY sees the lanterns, Tangled Style. SJ has bouts of rage, depression, etc. Mu Qingfan has diagnosed him with BPD, but this is literally never brought up this is info for info's sake!! plot building!! world building!! Anti-Airplane Propaganda!!!!
The Snuggly Duckling Crew -> Sha Hualing, Mobei Jun, Shang Qinghua (sometimes) and various demons - LBH has a tense relationship with them, as he is rather blackened when he first meets them. Their relationship improves, as SY befriends SQH andd then becomes the local darling after healing one of them.
Stabbingtons -> I... I fear I dont know - ????? Help!! Any ideas?
Lanterns -> Traditional Chinese Lanterns but Stylised - Bamboo pattern on them, with Shen Yuan written on them. Shen Yuan, brought as Shen Qingqiu does not catch onto this fully but he does find himself wistfully hoping somehow that people it is about him. Twice a year, on SY's birthday, and the anniversary of him being kidnapped.
Frying Pan -> Fan - SY's weapon of choice. it does quite a bit of damage.
Rapunzel's Tiara -> Jade Hair Crown - SY has hidden this from both LBH and TLJ+ZZL. Initially LBH and SY get off on a not-so-great foot as LBH comes face to face with his Lord's spitting image but with wilder SILVERY hair. LBH thinks he's gone insane for all of the 3 seconds it takes for him to realise his pouch containing the crown has Disappeared, then he becomes angry and calculating. Phooey how dare this kinda gentle naive looking Shen Jiu look at him and STEAL his wares!! fuck you, random stranger, fuck you! To be clear, SY notices absolutely nothing of this and is already planning to beg LBH to take him exploring and to see the lanterns. LBH is planning SY's demise in 4K HD
