#I will be saving this post to get recommendations from for later #but also my go to sandwich is some whole grain bread + hummus (I prefer caramelized onion flavored) +#+ something pickled (pre-cut cucumber or beetroot) + smt pickled AND spicy (kimchi or jalapeños)#and I usually make 2 or 3 at the time with different combinations #I like that they also look very pleasing to look at with different colors of pickled stuff :)#I’ve been meaning to try also pickled mushrooms with that but haven’t yet #if I have the energy to use the grill then i take 2 pieces of bread #spread 2 sauces on each #put cheese and a slice of tomato inside #then grill it from both sides
