Aur bhi kuch bolna padta hai kya?!

If you ever fall in love with someone else or decide to leave or avoid me just cause you find the uncanny resemblance of someone you had a bad experience with, please make sure that I get hit by a truck and I lose all memories of you. Please wipe off all memories of you from my phone, delete all of our photos that we clicked when we went out on dates. Please delete all of our chats, throw away all the wrappers of the chocolates you gave me till date, that I have preserved in a small box on the left side of my closet.

What meaning would living a life without you be where I have to watch you be happy in someone else’s arms and yet continue to live because I don’t have the freedom to choose death yet? What purpose would life have once my parents are gone and I won’t have the moral responsibility to look after anyone anymore and life would be nothing but an endless black pit. I did not love you out of loneliness. I was fine in the dark. I love you because your presence makes me wants to step out from the shadows. It's you who makes me want to win the world if I have to, if that means I can be with you.

But if I can not be with you, this life would be nothing but a waste. What use would these hands have that would want to tear apart from my body so that they get to hold your cold little hands. What use would this fingers have that want to pull you closer to me every time we meet. What use would these eyes have that would always look for you in a room full of people and light up when they get to see you. Nothing would matter anymore ever again!

Unlike cats, I have 11 lives, but the 10th month of the year kills 10 of them as I fall for someone, leaving me with one, just enough to survive and rediscover myself. Forever floating like a lonely boat at a distant, it looks poetic, but you can't ever reach it; you wonder what the view must be from there. But has anyone of you ever wondered what if the boat wants to go back, get itself moored to something permanent on the shore, kind of like my heart wanting to go back to someone at the end of a tiring day, sleep on her. lap and listen to everything she has to say.

People tell me I have split personalities, each one popping out according to their own comfort zones. I am aware of them, but I let them take control, like a maniac letting go of the steering wheel of an overspeeding car. Some call it "listening to your heart", some call it "weird". I feel, showing my weirdness in spite of being aware of them is not some broken fragment of insecurity but rather a cocoon fully aware of his own self and who chooses to be weird, letting his full potential bake himself into something, something meaningful.

I feel that's where art and madness make love and gift humanity their weird sense of this twisted world, giving birth to something wonderful, making this dystopian world slightly worth living, loving and trying once again.

I know life is hard and you are trying your best, but please be a little kind on yourself. Even I have lost a lot, probably more than I could handle but that's okay, what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. With each passing day I feel the void in me getting bigger again little by little, but this time I won't let that motherfucker take me down. I am rather indebted to the universe for all the battles it gave me, not because I deserve to go through them but cause I prayed to become strong. After-all we are all made of the exact same material that gave birth to the stars, the moon, the mountains, the riverbed, the rocks, the flowers and every other things that our petty senses can and cannot perceive. I believe life will keep on repeating a lesson until you have learned it and one such thing it taught me this year is to look forward to the little things in life cause when life gets hard, it's those little things that keeps us going. Keep on moving darling, you got this.

Pillars stand apart, to stay under the same roof

We all have our own ways of processing grief. Some cry, some start laughing a little louder, others might just pen them down like this. I mean it's a privilege to be even alive and honestly I am not going to pretend that I am perfect and nothing hurts me, in fact I am dying to have a heart to heart conversation with just anyone willing to listen. But how do I? I am a man after-all, born to carry everything without any bit of remorse and with utmost silence. My heart aches for love and yet it starves to feel the warmth poets speak about. It's a privilege that I am even alive. But am I?

I know it's scary to show your weak, scary side to basically a complete stranger and hope that they will probably not run away or mock you like others did, even if that was just a joke because that stays with you. And I guess that's what love is all about, to trust not only someone else again but yourself as well cause that transcends into a living proof that yes you are worthy of love, cause I guess happiness is nothing but a choice. ~ a broken man
