cl16 is primarily based on character action, everyone's doing something for a reason (like even ominous shadow figure #18 is doing what it's doing in pursuit of some goal or under some principle)

take a character, find a reason for why they're like that, then find the deeper character that unfolds from that reason (basically perform a deconstruction)
