Just a quick environment study I did this morning. I want to improve my coloring skills and observing from reference photos so I thought this photo is perfect since it has so many different colors in the water and sky area.. Anyway, this is the first environment I ever did so it’s definitely not perfect, but I am satisfied for the starting point.

Down below you can see a short video of me adding finishing touches and the refernce photo I found on Pinterest.I tried to put some background sea sounds but it ended up like noise so, sorry about that. 🙈

This is just an overall look of what I do - I usually do illustrations of girls in sometimes simple, comic style and sometimes I go in more painterly and define them better. 

The medium I am working in is digital - I use iPad Pro 12.9″ and Procreate app, but I am really looking forward the day the Photoshop will be added to iPad so I can use it since it’s more versatile program and I just want to master it as well.

I’ll be posting process photos, sketches and full illustrations here so I can track my progress here. As I have a Youtube channel as well, I’ll be adding videos too.
