A place where the lighting is warm, and his mom welcomes him with a smile, where his dad makes weird noises just to amuse him. As he lays on his dad's abdomen, he can feel it moving with every breath he takes, and he's warm. His breath is warm, his embrace is warm, his company is so warm. His mom walks in and there is no pain in her step, no wrinkles near her eyes, her smile is so fond as she calls them weirdos. He's in his childhood bedroom and nothing has gone wrong yet. He can hear his dad downstairs guffawing at his own joke and his mom reprimanding him for it. And it's pizza night, later his dad will read him a story and his mom will tuck him in. It's summer and it's so warm.

The irony of leaving such a place by muttering the word "home". The reality of leaving that place by saying the word home. The comfort of leaving here and it still being home.

Kiddo's neurodivergance makes it hard for him to make a fave character list when I ask for one directly, So instead I said, "Okay fine, but who of the Akatsuki will you throw into a volcano last?

His list as of just after the Kazekage rescue arc is:

First to go: Deidera. Still not forgiven for sitting on Gaara's dead body.

2nd: Itachi. (Because kiddo is not going to fall for all that fan girl bs 😂)

3rd Tobi, because he's annoying (oh sweet Spring child, just you wait)

He refused to judge a most of the others since "I don't know enough about them yet." (fair)

But last to go was Kisame because he's cool and seems like a decent partner in crime.

Personally I will always give up Konan last because my girl deserves better. Infact I have a volumes long fanfiction where she gets to stay around and become the kakge in the rain village. Because she deserves stability and happiness.

So, if you have to throw every Akatsuki in a volcano, who is your first and who is your last? 😅

So. A cool person made a huge post that was important and really well written... But unfortunately the main thing I took from it was when they pointed out that Buddy isn't choosing his own outfits, Violet is. Which begs the question....

If Buddy wakes up human in Chases house one day and can wear whatever he wants, what does he chose to wear?

Also, shout-out to @lapileaf I actually really did like your post. I'm just really distractable.

Things I want Buddy to do:

-Go to the Zoo with Chase and become obsessed with some of the animals he's never even heard of.

-Visit a candy store with pocket money to spend on anything he wants (Grandpa Ralph and Myra made sure he had plenty for treats.)

-Grandpa Ralph sends the boys berry picking in the summer for his next project against the evil Diane. Chase and Buddy lose Deacon and just make out streamside in the grass.

I wish we knew more about what Wave's and Ro's relationship is like. Like, I hope he buys him candy like Deacon does for Bronze, and get him little gifts like Chase does for Silver, and just generally talks to him and they hang out. You know?

I love how dumb Kevin Flynn can be. the dude is a genius, he got the Grid up and running, but his clone/twinsie showed up one day in a fully armored bodysuit glowing ORANGE when he was previously glowing WHITE and asked him worlds most loaded question and Flynn is still like "dude what the hell" when clu tries to kill him. amazing.

I think about this often. One of Flynn's biggest flaws is he started seeing the programs as human. They are people, but they are not human. When your program asks you about their directive, you take that question seriously. This was Clue's final ask for permission, for clarification. He was giving Flynn one last chance to fix the confusing directive and Flynn doesn't see it. He brushes it off in the same way he is brushing off Tron's safety concerns in the same moment. He forgot that the purpose they're users give them is litterly EVERYTHING to a program.
