Finally!! the week has ended and my whole space feels like a MESS. This week I haven't done much since I've had some personal problems that lowered my motivation. However, the week ending is a total valid excuse to start again :) so I wanted to share my little routine, maybe it can help you as well.
╰┈➤ First of all, I changed my beedsheets and made my bed.
╰┈➤Secondly, I cleaned all of my surfaces and put everything back to its place: chargers, clothes, books and dishes
╰┈➤ Then I organized some of my drawers. Everytime I look for something I get stressed because I can't find anything in that mess >:( but now is all clean and tidy so it looks awesome
╰┈➤ I dusted my bookshelf and all of my decorations!! it looks prettier now, looks shiny
╰┈➤ I sweeped the floors and lighted an incense!! that was it for my bedroom
╰┈➤ For the rest of the house, me and my mum usually divide chores. Today, I washed the dishes, organized the living room and cleaned the cats litter box.
╰┈➤ I lighted some candles and did a dettachment meditation. Part of the reason why I'm feeling so down lately its because I worry so much about everything. This meditation helped me to let go of the problem and focus on positive things!
╰┈➤ I had breakfast with my parents outside and read my book <3 I consider this self-care because we rarely get to hang out together and it makes me feel real greatful to spend time together
╰┈➤ I took an everything shower with new products!! I washed my hair, put on a hair mask, I exfoliated with a mango scented product, I shaved with a new razor, I mosturized my skin, put on perfume and a cute outfit
╰┈➤ I did a little bit of yoga. Not much really, just a 15 minute video for shoulders. When I get sad or stressed my shoulders get so tense it hurts, so this one helped me relieve some of the pain.
╰┈➤ I watched a movie!! Today I watched Lord of the rings with my dad (btw, 4 hours???).
╰┈➤ I scheduled 1 hour of studying german per day as well as the contents. I'm on vacation but I really don't want to forget anything. So just one hour of revision a day (except weekends) I think will do
╰┈➤ I also scheduled my workouts and doctor appointments
