Folded Stainless Steel Table is a minimalist table created by Rotterdam-based designer Bram Schlangen. The design’s genesis lies in Schlangen’s innovative fabrication approach: two identical 4mm stainless steel plates undergo a carefully orchestrated series of cuts and folds. Each bend maintains a consistent radius, creating a rhythmic visual language that belies the technical complexity of working with such substantial metallic sheets.
Species of Tables and Other Pieces is a minimalist furniture collection by the London-based designer and writer, Amelia Stevens. Inspired by French novelist Georges Perec’s 1974 book, Species of Spaces and Other Pieces, the collection consists of three tables that invite users to rethink the functionality and purpose of a seemingly ordinary object.
Table Lamp 01 through 04, designed by J. Hannah, is her debut collection of table lamps that reads like a quiet meditation on form, materiality, and the poetics of light. Tucked away in an unassuming corner of Los Angeles, the jewelry label’s first foray into home objects unfolds with the same measured elegance that defines its fine jewelry—where historical references and architectural precision merge into a language of understated modernism.
10:05 Lounge Chair is a minimalist lounge chair created by Oslo-based designer Tobias Berg. There’s something arresting about the moment when the 10:05 Lounge Chair first comes into view – the way light catches the precisely cut edges of its aluminum plates, creating a visual tension with the inviting depth of its upholstery. This moment of contrast captures the essence of what makes this piece so compelling: it exists at the intersection of industrial precision and tactile comfort.
Anon Seoul is a minimalist space located in Seoul, South Korea, designed by orosy studio. A suspended box hovers like a geometric cloud above the reception area, creating a visual paradox that immediately captures the visitor’s attention. This architectural gesture embodies the salon’s fundamental philosophy: lightness achieved through structural precision, openness maintained alongside privacy. In this spatial moment, we witness the essence of a design that refuses easy categorization.
CASAMILC is a minimal home located in Madrid, Spain, designed by Lucas y Hernández-Gil. Narrow streets twist organically through centuries of history as a late eighteenth-century residential building stands as both witness and participant in the city’s architectural dialogue. Overlooking a small square adjacent to a convent, this structure embodies Madrid’s classic residential archetype—the very template that would later shape the nineteenth-century Castro expansion.
