A journey towards health.

I`m quite sure I`m not the only one that searched to improve his health this year and now at the end for february, 29th of february, a rare day one might add, now, today we stay and glance at the what we are left with. 9 months are left and I`ve made no real progress with my quest. Eating healthy and staying healthy is a highly difficult task for each and everyone but it ambition and dedication, it can be achieved.

How you`re handling all these? Would love to hear from you my dear; so far this right here on foods that makes your hair grow is the only thing that helped me to be honest, the results on my hair are showing and you know very well that I had some issues with this.
