The only thing I remember from my childhood is when you are scared make yourself tall. I’m the tallest girl alive. I’m the tallest knife. No throat can hold me.

cvllccns:
‘ found a bottle somewhere. ’ she spoke when a figure came close, ‘ i could use a bit of company, you know. ’ she continued, pouring wine on a plastic cup ( who cared about the environment when there were zombies polluting the land? ) and giving it to the other. ‘ come sit with me, wine don’t come easy here. don’t let the opportunity pass. ’
“not surprised, with all the fancy shit here. pretty sure the chandelier’s broken, though, and some fancy modern art sculpture is useless now.” she leans across the table, taking the plastic cup. normally, elodie’s not one for alcohol, but a little something every now and then doesn’t hurt. “here’s the guessing game: is it a vintage cabernet sauvignon or two buck chuck from trader joe’s?”
@krudelis
what is one thing you miss the most about life, pre breakout?
“i miss the beach.”
who would you consider trustworthy?
“there are a few people who i’d consider trustworthy---mariella, ophelia, neve. diana and kimberly seem pretty solid, especially in a fight. briony’s good at medical shit, plus we got that whole stanford-slash-cal thing. but do i actually trust them? that’s a different answer.” she really only trusts one person, and that’s yesenia.
do you have any hope for the future?
“it’s whatever, y’know? yeah, sure, shit could get better tomorrow, but it probably won’t. i’d just rather take it one day at a time. don’t wanna get my hopes up for nothing. if zombies suddenly disappear, great! if they keep popping up, that sucks, but at least i’ll prepared for it. the worst could happen---and i bet shit can get worse than this---and i’ll still deal with it.”
i would let you step on my face to avoid a puddle
“thanks for your generosity.”
what is your favorite thing to hoard for yourself in the costco?
“the entire twilight series,” she deadpans, “and all the fake plants. i’m starting a garden.” did y’all really think you were going to get an honest answer out of her? as if she’d admit what she’s keeping to herself. she’s not taking a chance on anyone getting any ideas---whether that’s to take her shit or to take some of the same.
fuck marry kill - ophelia yesenia philip
“fuck ophelia, marry yesenia, kill philip.”
Heartland Honesty Day!
Here’s how it works: instead of doing a few hours where only a few people in the accommodating timezone can play, Honesty Day, well, lasts all day! From 12 AM EST Wednesday to 12 AM EST Thursday, you may send and receive anons (or off anon, be brave) to all participating members. To participate, reblog this post onto every character you want to be in the game and only send questions to those who have reblogged this post. Include everyone who wants to play. No hate will be tolerated and you are not required to answer any questions that upset you, but other than that, go hog wild and have tons of fun all gosh darn day!

and that was the thing about her, she kept on surviving. with bullet holes in her lungs, and knife marks etched in her back. she never let anything get in her way, resilient. a fighter, not by choice. but a warrior at heart.
