Today, I’m reminding myself what I told myself last March. I love making resolutions and going into a new year with intentions, but 1st January is still the middle of winter, and I’m still an animal. I’m going into January and February with a goal of starting slowly and easing myself in to the year. I’m going to keep my intentions in mind while taking time to just exist and rest as well, trusting that as nature starts to come back to life outside my window at the start of spring, I’ll liven up again too. No pressure to start everything today, this week, or even this month - we have a whole year 💙
