Never too early to start crafting for Halloween! :) I absolutely love fall & Halloweeen! I was inspired by another craft utilizing these miniature clay pots (it was a scarecrow), and created these Pumpkin Pots instead!
I initially drew the pumpkin faces on with pencil, but you could use a stencil if you wish. Before painting the faces & lines, I applied a chunky glitter after coating the pot with Mod Podge. The pot rims were painted with both a regular green paint followed by a green glitter paint. To finish it off, I sprayed them all with a clear spray paint to seal the glitter.Â
The larger of the pots is big enough to be filled with rocks/sand and add a tealight to the top. The smaller ones get the tops of some flower bunches I picked up at the craft store.Â
