today has been absolutely miserable

the sorrow i have been feeling is so catastrophic, so devastating that i barely keep it under wraps. no one understands even the half of what i’m going through and have gone through. i am alone with myself in a way that is utterly suffocating at times and heavy. meanwhile i never have alone time, i don’t know true rest and am constantly in a state of unrest. i have fundamentally changed but i fear i have lost a vital part of myself.
