i guess one positive is i've been able to lose weight easier

i've decided i'm going to taper off of my ssri medication that i've been taking for the last year and a half now

it rlly helped me SO much, but i'm in a much better place now and my memory has gone to shit and i miss feeling things deeply and remembering my life experiences fully

hopefully i don't regret this
