Author - If you are writing a novel or short story based on a plot developed by self, you get to be known as the author of the novel.
Writer - If you are penning down someone else’s ideas or stories, you will be known as the writer of the work.
Contributor - Contributors who meet fewer than all 4 of the above criteria for authorship should not be listed as authors, but they should be acknowledged. Examples of activities that alone (without other contributions) do not qualify a contributor for authorship are acquisition of funding; general supervision of a research group or general administrative support; and writing assistance, technical editing, language editing, and proofreading.
Columnist - Someone who regularly prepares brief essays and commentaries for publication. A columnist is a type of journalist, but he or she is not required to adhere to expected journalistic ethics of neutrality, and a column does not necessarily contain news. Columnists usually write on a regular schedule, producing material for publication on a weekly, monthly, or daily basis.
Data Encoder - The one maintaining the paper or hard copies of receipts, patient forms, applications and host of other documents, in addition to transcribing them into your company's system.
Layout & Graphic Artist - They deliver ideas and information through visual communications. A layout artist is a type of graphic designer that focuses entirely on how the layout of a website, magazine, or other printed media looks.
Editor - Editors are used in various industries and for many types of products, such as magazines, newspapers, blogs, and books.
Publisher - e.g. Lampara publishing house, Adarna House, Anvil Publishing, Rex bookstore, Harper Collins.
