I constantly think about how pedantic Leith is, and I think it would probably infuriate Harley a little, besides, sleeping together is always nicer... but they would definitely take a very long time to get to this point.

I headcanon that Leith has heart problems. Still, he literally wrote it in the RULES, so there was a pressing need to do so.

There's a naughty thought that he almost had a heart attack at work one time, but that's just a thought. :)
