This is a screenshot from a interesting data visualisation that I found. It reveals relationships bewteen costs of the war and Iraq oil revenue.

My information system should have an introduction, a main part and conclusions part. The introduction was ment to give a overview over the iraq conflict, what happend before and how it started. The main part was supposed to give to user an impression of the data and the facts. The last part was ment as and conclusion. What consequences the war has.

Google Fusion Tables is an amazing tool to display data on a map or in diagrams and charts

Here s an overview where you can see my nearly final website. In the coded version the modules are arranged in a different order.

In my final version you can see a few mouseover animations at the information fields on the top. If you click them you will directly transfered to the particular chart. 

Unfortunately I've no time at the moment to finalize the website. But as soon as possible I will do some changes at the Headline and a few other things. Also at the moment I'm coding the comparison part of the website.

I wanted to create an information system. The user should have the option to get a good overview over this complex datset. It was important for me that people who are interested have the chance to compare data. It should be possible to make a comparisons between causes of death and dates. So the connection between political events, terrorist attacks and casualties would be clearer.
