What was it with Elliot having to deal with a great deal of people that weren’t willing to start a fight with him, telling him to calm down, telling him to think. Not that it was bad at all, but it was irritating and bothered the young heir all the same.
It’s just like ol’ Elliot to not lower his sword so readily. Especially since she brought out her own weapons, and his face was still menacing towards Felicita. But still, it wasn’t like she was doing anything wrong—plus, she offered to answer any questions he had about this place.
Well. Though he did not know her, perhaps she could be someone reliable for now.
“Fine.”
Was all he said when he lowered his weapon, annoyed.
He seemed to be collecting himself, assessing all the information that he had gathered thus far. It appears that there were still some things unanswered, but some of those questions… may as well stay unanswered and mysterious to him for now. So, let’s start from the smaller mysteries and go from there.
Perhaps, he could even have the girl show him around, as soon as he comes to realize that the girl already knew the area already and had been there sometime. Elliot just assumed that she was just grasping for information as much as she was… or maybe he just didn’t expect much anything at all from her to begin with. Really, he didn’t know what to expect from this place anymore.
“Then… at least tell me one thing. What does it mean to be a Master?”
Once the male had lowered his weapon, Felicità had made the mental promise of lowering her own. Even going as far as returning them back in their previous containment in order to prove to the man before her that she had no intentions of possibly becoming a threat. Of course, unless she would be forced to.
Green eyes glanced upwards as she awaited for the unfamiliar face to collect himself and ask whatever questions that he wished to be answered. Which she had hoped that was capable enough to answer whatever he had in mind, since she certainly still had many questions of her own that she was still indeed of answers.
However, once he had parted his lips to speak, the red haired girl gently bit her lip before she was able to respond to him.
"You are apart of the Holy Grail War, right...?"
It could not mean anything else, unless his terms of 'Master' were completely different than what was expected in this war. The explanation of a Master was something that Felicità was able to discuss easily -- which is thankfully due to the fact that she was a Master herself.
"From what I've been told, those who are considered Masters in the war are chosen by the Holy Grail. Along with our Servants, we have to... battle one another in order to gain the Holy Grail and gain a wish." She sighed, having not exactly liked the adjustment she had made on herself in order to get over the fact that she was a Master herself.
And while she did not put much mind into the fact that she had basically described the both of them as enemies, there was no way she was able to avoid this fact either.
However, that didn't mean that they could not also become allies... for the time being.
