He smelled faintly of something. Rust?
Those dark stains that coated his clothing, and even better, the glove that had drawn the sword, Rin had look a step back, not expecting the refined weapon the other had donned. It wouldâve gleamed a noble hue, if not for the fact that it, too, was in the same condition as itâs master. âAddress me properly if youâre going to demand answers out of me,â yes, because her words were as nonchalant as her expression was. And donât worry Elliot, this was her resting face, so she wasnât that off put nor aggravated by your decision to threaten her.
âDid you hit your head or what? You canât honestly expect me to know the answer to your problem when I donât even know you.â she continued, pushing the sword away at an angle with disdain. Her aggravation was a bit prominent in her tone as she furrowed her brows lightly. He was lucky that she didnât see those command seals underneath those gloves otherwise her reaction may be a bit different, depending if she felt bad that the other was so misinformed.Â
She would eye his clothing for a moment to make it obvious that such attire was .. not only rather formal for a city like this, but stained with alarm.Â
In other words, she was judging you Elliot.
"And so you expect me to address you properly when I don't even know you either?" Guess what, you're not getting any special treatment from this guy.
Seriously, who did this girl think she was? Elliot actually got irritated from the first sentence that she spoke out to him, and she even had the nerve to approach him with no expression and just... push his sword out of her face. And eye him, her eyebrows furrowing as she directed her gaze from his face to his clothes, speaking with that tone of voice despite her expression being flat...Â
All of this just aggravated him even more, so he jerked his sword back, away from her hand then back up into her face. Elliot had gotten enough answers already from others in the area, and Rin was a little late for that, even if she was the token girl who explained everything about the universe they were in. I mean, she was a part of this universe entirely. Not that Elliot knew. Not that he would care at this point, either.
"You know, I don't need answers from you. I bet you don't know anything about this place."
